JB/T 8002-1999 This standard is a revision of JB/T 8002-95 "Artificial diamond or cubic boron nitride abrasive paste". The original national standard was formulated with reference to the former Soviet Union standard ГОСТ 25593-83 "Technical conditions for diamond abrasive paste" and other foreign standards. During the revision, only editorial changes were made according to relevant regulations, and the main technical content remained unchanged. This standard specifies the product code, use, marking, technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of artificial diamond or cubic boron nitride abrasive paste. This standard is applicable to artificial diamond or cubic boron nitride abrasive paste for grinding and polishing metal and non-metallic materials. This standard was first issued on March 31, 1989 as GB 11273-89 and adjusted to JB/T 8002-95 in April 1996. JB/T 8002—1999 This standard is a revision of JB/T8002—95 (formerly GB11273—89) “Artificial diamond or cubic boron nitride abrasive paste”. The technical content of the original standard was formulated with reference to the former Soviet Union standard TOCT25593-83 “Technical conditions for diamond abrasive paste” and other foreign standards. This standard is consistent with the technical content of JB/T8002—95, and has only been re-edited in accordance with relevant regulations. This standard replaces JB/T8002—95 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard. Appendix B of this standard is the appendix of the reminder. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Grinding Tools. The drafting unit of this standard: the Sixth Grinding Wheel Factory. The main drafter of this standard: Liu Jianbang. This standard was first issued on March 31, 1989. 254 1 Scope Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Superhard Abrasive Products Artificial Diamond or Cubic Boron Nitride Abrasive Paste JB/T 8002-1999 Replaces JB/T8002-95 This standard specifies the product code, use, marking, technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of artificial diamond or cubic boron nitride abrasive paste. This standard is applicable to artificial diamond or cubic boron nitride abrasive paste for grinding and polishing metals and non-metallic materials. 2 Reference Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. Marking and examples Oil soluble Water soluble Mainly used for heavy-duty mechanical grinding and polishing of hard alloy, alloy steel, high carbon steel and other high-hard material parts. Mainly used for fine grinding of metallographic and petrographic samples. Product code Example: Water soluble, abrasive M-SD, particle size 8/12, abrasive percentage 8 artificial diamond grinding paste is marked as follows: WM-SD 8/12X8 Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on 1999-05-202000-01-01. On-site 5 Technical requirements 5.1 The abrasive used shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7990. The particle size and color shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. JB/T8002-1999 M10/20 M12/22 M20/30 M22/36 M36/54 For the color spectrum of abrasive paste, please refer to Appendix A (Standard Appendix); for the percentage of abrasive, please refer to Appendix B (Suggestive Appendix). 5.4 The abrasive should be evenly distributed in the abrasive paste and should not clump. 5.5 There should be no impurities coarser than the abrasive in the abrasive paste. 5.6 Appearance quality requirements 5.6.1 The tube should be full and free of bubbles and oil spots. 5.6.2 The color of abrasive paste should be uniform. The trademark should be pasted straight, firmly and clearly. Specifications and weighing errors shall comply with the provisions of Table 3 Table 3 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The abrasive paste shall be inspected according to the various requirements specified in the standard before leaving the factory, and a certificate of conformity shall be attached. 6.2 Inspection method 6.2.1 Equipment: 1500-2000 times biological microscope (with eyepiece micrometer). 256 Weighing error Rose red 6.2.2 Inspection 6.2.2.1 Visual inspection of appearance quality. JB/T 8002—1999 6.2.2.2 Inspection of particle size, impurities and dispersion: squeeze a small amount of abrasive paste from the tube onto a glass slide, scrape it with a safety blade, cover it with a glass slide, put it under a microscope, and inspect the particle size, impurities and dispersion uniformity according to the magnification specified in Table 2 of JB/T7990-1998. 6.2.3 Acceptance rules Each particle size of a batch of mixed materials is a batch. Each batch of samples shall be randomly sampled according to the provisions of GB/T2828, and the qualified quality level shall be as specified in Table 4. Table 4 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage Inspection level 7.1The following marks shall be on the external label of each tube (bottle) of abrasive paste: a) manufacturer name or factory logo; b) product code; c) abrasive; d) particle size; e) content; f) manufacturing date, g) inspection stamp.
