4 Technical requirements
Standardized meshing oil pumps shall be manufactured according to product samples and technical specifications approved by the prescribed procedures, and shall comply with the requirements of this standard. 4.1 The dimensional deviation of the main semi-components shall be close to the tolerance range value. 4.2 All parts must be inspected and cleaned before assembly. 4.3 The clearance between the gear cup and the adjusting gear ring should not exceed 0.10mm. 4.4 The oil pan adjustment mechanism should be active,

5. Test parts
5.1.1 The test fuel injection pump test shall comply with the provisions of JBT9734. 5.1.2 The standard jet pump for verification shall comply with the provisions of JB9735. 5.1.3 The high-efficiency replacement components for testing shall comply with the provisions of JB8121. 5.1.4 The test oil shall comply with the provisions of GB/T8029. 5.1.5 The minimum temperature of the test oil is 40℃±2°C.
5.1.6 The oil inlet pressure during the test is 0.07-0.1MPa. 5.2 Fuel supply quantity force measurement method
5.2.1 Supply the injection pump with test oil of specified pressure, and measure the oil flowing out of the injection pump for a certain number of cycles when the injection ticket is adjusted to the specified pull rod (street rod) position and speed.
5.2.2 When the fuel supply of the injection pump does not exceed 300mL (300mm*), the number of cycles measured for each rated fuel supply chart should not be less than 200. Timing is based on cycles ×× (table.
5.2.3 During measurement, the oil in the measuring cylinder should not be less than 40% of the full scale. 5.2.4 Before changing the number, the oil should be stored for 305 down-flowing times. When reading the oil flow, the meniscus of the oil in the measuring cylinder can be used to connect the value. The measuring tube stand should be tilted 45″ and maintained at 305. The down-flow and back-flowing time must be equal each time.
