Notice on the Issuance of the National Standard "Uniform Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Construction and Installation Project Quality" and Other Six Inspection and Assessment Standards (88) Jianbiao No. 335
According to the former State Construction Commission (79) Jianfa Shi Zi No. 168 document and the former Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection (85) Chengke Zi No. 293 notice, the six inspection and assessment standards including "Uniform Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Construction and Installation Project Quality" revised by the former Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection have been reviewed by relevant departments and are now approved as national standards for implementation on September 1, 1989. The provisions on elevators in the former national standards "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Quality of Building Installation Projects" (Building Projects) TJ301-74, "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Quality of Building Installation Projects" (Pipeline Projects) TJ302-74, "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Quality of Building Installation Projects" (Electrical Projects) TJ303-75, "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Quality of Building Installation Projects" (Ventilation Projects) TJ304-74 and "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Quality of Building Installation Projects" (General Machinery and Equipment Installation Projects) TJ305-75 shall be abolished at the same time.
The six inspection and assessment standards currently approved shall be managed by the Construction Supervision Department of the Ministry of Construction, and the names, numbers and interpretation units of each item are as follows: 1. This standard is based on the former National Construction Committee (79) Jianfa Shi Zi No. 168 and the former Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection (85) Chengke Zi No. 293 Notice. Shanghai Industrial Equipment Installation Company is responsible for revising the "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Construction Installation Engineering Quality" TJ304-74 (Ventilation Engineering) (hereinafter referred to as the original standard). After the revision, it was renamed "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering Quality".
During the revision process, through extensive investigation and research, the opinions of all parties were integrated, and the "first draft", "draft for soliciting opinions" and "draft for submission" were written. In addition to being sent to various places for soliciting opinions, a preliminary review meeting was held, and finally the draft was finalized at the national review meeting. In view of the current development of construction projects, this standard not only retains the applicable provisions in the original standard, but also adds new content based on the development of ventilation and air conditioning technology in recent years. Such as the production and installation of stainless steel and aluminum plate air ducts, the production and installation of clean system air ducts, components and equipment, and the installation of refrigeration pipes of air conditioners, etc., and adds an appendix on measurement and commissioning.

Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1.0.1 This standard is formulated to unify the quality inspection and evaluation methods of building ventilation and air conditioning engineering, promote enterprises to strengthen management, and ensure engineering quality. Article 1.0.2 This standard applies to the quality inspection and evaluation of the production and installation of air ducts, components and air handling equipment for ventilation and air conditioning engineering (including clean engineering with certain clean requirements) of industrial and civil buildings and the installation of refrigeration pipes of air conditioners.
Article 1.0.3 The main indicators and requirements of this standard are proposed in accordance with the provisions of "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering" GBJ243-82 (hereinafter referred to as the construction specifications).
When implementing this standard, the provisions of the "Uniform Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Building Installation Engineering Quality" shall also be followed.
Article 1.0.4 The materials and specifications of the materials used in the ventilation and air conditioning projects inspected and assessed by this standard must meet the design requirements and construction specifications. Article 1.0.5 In the guarantee items of this standard, if the number of inspections is not specified, all inspections shall be carried out.
Article 1.0.6 For projects using imported equipment or equipment, as well as expansion and reconstruction projects, the inspection and assessment of their quality can be carried out in accordance with this standard according to specific circumstances.
Chapter 2
Measurement of air duct, component manufacturing and installation projects
Article 2.0.1 This chapter applies to the quality inspection and assessment of the manufacturing and installation projects of air ducts and components of ventilation and air conditioning systems in industrial and civil buildings. Section 1 Metal air duct manufacturing projects
Article 2.1.1 This section applies to the manufacturing projects of thin steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum plate and composite steel plate air duct and flange.
