Its structure, size and weight are shown in Figure 3.1 and Table 3.11~2 respectively. Type 1 is used with AR and AH hydraulic tensioners: Type 1 is used with BR and BH hydraulic tensioners, and type is used for manual tightening and matching with H-type nuts. c0.86d Figure 3.1BT type double-headed stud (I, I, subtype) 23 Stud specifications M48×4 M85×4 M100×4 M105X4 M110X4 M115X4 M120X4 M125X4 M130X4 M140X4 BT-Ⅱ BT type stud structure dimension table According to the calculation formula listed in Section 6.2, the 0 1S8891 Surface business 3.2BS type stud BS type stud is a common stud structure, divided into three types: I, I, and I. Its structure type, size and weight are shown in Figure 3.2 and Table 3.2-1~2 respectively. Type 1 is used with AR and AH hydraulic tensioners, Type 2 is used with BR and BH hydraulic tensioners, and Type 3 is used for manual tightening and is used with H nuts. 20 Figure 3.2BS type double-end stud (1, 1, photo type) 0.86d Stud specifications M56×4 M85×4 M100×4 M105X4 M110×4 M115×4 M120X4 M125×4||tt ||M130X4 M140×4 BS-Blue BS type stud size table Calculate according to the calculation formula listed in Section 6:0 as needed27 Vegetable rice 4 Dimensions and tolerances The basic dimensions of the thread shall be in accordance with GB196, the tolerance shall be in accordance with 6g specified in GB197, and the thread root shall be round. Other dimensional tolerances of the stud shall be in accordance with Class A in GB3103.1. 5 Material and manufacturing technical requirements for studs 5.0.1 The material of studs shall comply with the provisions of GB699 or GB3077, and the heat treatment system and mechanical properties after heat treatment shall be in accordance with Table 5-1. The mechanical property test specimen shall be cut along the rolling direction from the rough piece after the specified heat treatment, and the position of the test specimen shall be 1/4 of the diameter. After finishing, magnetic particle flaw detection is required for studs. Cracks, burrs and other defects are not allowed. The surface of the stud shall be phosphated. Calculation of stud lengthWww.bzxZ.net 6.1 Explanation of symbols 6—Thickness of flange or manhole cover, mm; b—Thickness of other flange or non-screw-in connector, mm;C Gap between two flanges or connectors, mm;H—Height after assembly of AR or AH hydraulic tensioner and lock nut, mm;H. The sum of the heights of the nut and spherical washer after assembly. For round nuts, its value is the height of the round nut, mm, and the depth of the screw hole, mm; L,—The protruding length of the stud when using BR or BH hydraulic tensioner, mm. 6.2 Calculation of stud length for screw-in connection structure When one side of the flange connection adopts a screw-in connection structure and uses BT studs, the stud length L can be calculated according to the following formula. (1)For BTI type studs L=/+b+C+H+(10~15)mm (2)For BT-1 type studs L=1+6+C+H. +L (3)For BT straight type studs L=1+b+C+H+(15~30) 6.3 Calculation of stud length for common connection structure (6—1) (6—2) (6—3) When the flange connection adopts a non-screw-in common connection structure and uses BS type studs, the stud length L can be calculated according to the following formula. (1) For BSI type studs L=b+6+C+H.+H+(25~45) (2) For BS-1 type studs L=b+h+C+2H. +L,+(15~30) (6-5) Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
