7.6 Durability test of electric blower
The electric blower operates at 1.1 times the rated voltage for 48 hours under normal operating conditions. Then run at 0.9 times the rated voltage for 48 hours. The operation can be continuous or divided into several cycles, but each cycle should not be less than 8 hours. 7.7 Life test of the electric fan
7.7.1 Under the rated voltage and normal operating conditions, the electric fan runs for 14 minutes and 30 seconds and stops for 30 seconds as a working cycle. When the voltage and frequency are at rated values, the electric fan runs for 3 minutes, and then covers 75% of the suction inlet with a hard board and runs for 1 minute. Cover 50% of the area and run for 1 minute. During the operation, observe the size of the commutation spark and judge based on the maximum spark. 7.10 The damp heat test of the electric fan is carried out according to the constant damp heat test method specified in GB2423.3Ca. The test temperature is 40°C ± 2°C and the relative humidity is 93±% and the period is 48 hours.

8.4.1 Periodic test shall be carried out in the manufacturing unit at least once every two years. 8.4.2 The items of periodic testing shall comply with the provisions of Table 9. 8.4.3 The evaluation of the periodic test results is the same as that of Article 8.3.4. If the periodic test fails, the failure should be notified to the relevant departments. After the cause is identified and repair measures should be taken, the periodic test can be resubmitted. 9 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
9.1 A nameplate should be attached to the motor casing, and the writing on the nameplate should be indelible during the entire period of use. 9.2 Items that should be marked on the nameplate include:

Protective signs and transportation precautions should be marked outside the packaging box. 9.5 The product should have an instruction manual (at least one copy should be provided for the same user and electric fan of the same specification), and the product certificate should be supplied to the user along with the product.
9.6 When the life of the brush is less than 500h, the manufacturer should provide a pair of spare parts of the brush to the user along with the product. 9.7 There are no restrictions on the means of transportation of the product, but the electric fan must be protected from bumps, rain and chemical corrosion during transportation. 9.8 The product should be stored in an environment where the air temperature is: -5~40℃ and the relative humidity is not greater than 90%. In a clean and well-ventilated warehouse, the air must not contain corrosive gases.
9.9 The warranty seal and terms of the product can be agreed between the manufacturer and the user. 29
