Some standard content:
National Standard of the People's Republic of China Common parts for modular machine tools Dimensions of multi-axis box spindle noses and adjustable adapters Modular anits for machine tool construction Splindle noses and adjustable adaptors for multi-axis box spindle heads-Dtmerstons This standard is equivalent to 1S02905-1974 (Scope of common parts for modular machine tools UDC 621.9-23 GB 3668.10—83 ISO2905--1974 -Multi-spindle box spindle ends and adjustable adapters" This standard specifies the dimensions of the multi-spindle box spindle ends of combined machine tools equipped with adjustable adapters and quick-change adapters. This standard also specifies three types of adjustable adapters for tools such as drills, reamers and hole inserts with taper shanks. 2 Spindle ends 2.1 Nominal dimensions The nominal dimensions are specified in terms of the nominal aperture of the spindle end. The following nine nominal sizes are used: 810, 12, 16, 20, 2528.36 and 48mm. 2.2 Interchangeability The spindle ends shall be suitable for adjustable adapters manufactured in accordance with the regulations in Chapter 3. 2.3 Dimensions Dimensions shall conform to the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1. 2.4 Locking screws For safety, the locking screws after tightening should not exceed the outer diameter of the spindle end. Therefore, if necessary, the locking screws should be shortened according to the position of the adjustable connecting rod in the spindle end hole during grinding. National Bureau of Standards 1983-05-09 Implementation 1984-03-01 GB3668.10—83 Locking screws Spindle end Spindle end dimensions Note: (i) For nominal diameters 8-12, the diameter d is determined according to the design requirements, and the values listed in the table are for reference only. For nominal diameters 16-4, when a quick-change connecting rod is used, the tolerance of d is f 7 ②The values of the diameters in the table are for reference only. ③Two locking screws may also be used. 3 Adjustable connecting rods 3.1 Nominal size The nominal size is specified in terms of the nominal outer diameter of the connecting rod. The following nominal sizes are used: 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25, 28, 36 and 48 mm. 3.2 Interchangeability Locking screw M8×8 M10×10 GB3668.10—63 The connecting rod shall be suitable for the spindle end manufactured in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2. 3.3 Type and size Should comply with the provisions of Figure 2 and Table 2, Figure 3 and Table 3. 3.4 Thread The outer diameter tolerance of the connecting rod is specified as h6, and the thread pitch of the 8mm connecting rod is specified as 1mm. 3.5 Taper of hole The Morse taper of the hole shall comply with the provisions of GB1443-78 "Dimensions and tolerances of Morse tool cones". 3.6 Wedge slot The wedge slot shall be arranged at 90° to the semicircular key. 3.7 Locking screw (for nominal diameter 16~48mm) For safety reasons, the tightened locking screw should not exceed the knurled outer diameter of the nut. Therefore, if necessary, the length of the locking screw should be shortened so that it does not protrude. 3.8 Guide in the spindle end hole To facilitate insertion into the spindle end hole, the ends of type A and type B extension rods should have appropriate types of guides. 8.9 Marking The extension rod is marked with its type, nominal size and taper number of the hole. The marking of type B extension rods should also include the extension length! 59 For example: A10/Metric No. 6 B20/1/50 Key Short connecting rod 2 clamping screws (d = 10-12) 1 locking nut (d = - Figure 2 Adjustable connecting rodbzxZ.net One long connecting rod For other sizes, see Type A 12Tr12×1.5 JTr20×2 25Tr25×2 Tr28×2 Tr36×2 Tr48× 2 Benchmark true diameter: Metric No. 6 Metric No. 6 0 or No. 1 1 or No. 2 1 or No. 2 2 or No. 3 3 or No. 4 Note: In the table, the outer diameter tolerance is h.
