Grooved staggered rail embedded parts are standardized products produced by processing plants using special mold machines as commodities for users to choose from. They are used in reinforced concrete structures of industrial and civil buildings in various industries. This new type of embedded parts has been widely used abroad. Compared with traditional steel plate embedded parts, its outstanding advantages are simplified design, convenient construction, flexible use and sufficient bearing capacity, providing favorable conditions for modern construction. Traditional steel plate embedded parts need to be accurately positioned during design. They have a wide variety of specifications, types and sizes. In order to accurately indicate the model and position, the design of the process and civil engineering professionals requires a lot of drawing work. However, once the civil engineering construction process is in place, it is difficult to consider all the prefabricated parts at once during design and accurately draw all the prefabricated parts on the structural template drawing. Therefore, it is common for them to be buried incorrectly or missed during construction. When the project is completed, it is even more difficult to supplement or modify them, which makes it difficult to follow up on the construction.
The new anchor rail prefabricated parts have a large positioning range and can avoid the above-mentioned defects of traditional embedded parts. The traditional steel plate embedded parts are manually cut and welded on site, which consumes a lot of man-hours. The supporting components are all welded to the embedded steel plate, and the inconvenience of their installation is obvious. The new chain rail prefabricated parts are produced by specialized processing plants and are connected to the supporting components with screws, which is convenient for displacement and design changes. The bearing capacity of the new type of embedded parts is based on the summary of many years of practical experience in engineering use and the comprehensive analysis of the test values ​​of multiple groups of test pieces (force-deformation) in the laboratory, and is determined by taking into account the reliable safety factor. Due to the limited bearing capacity, the application of a very small amount of heavy loads in the project is limited. According to rough statistics, the application range of the new embedded parts can cover more than 80% in industrial buildings and can be fully applicable in six types of public and civil building structures.
The steel consumption of the two embedded parts is estimated by a comprehensive project. The amount of new embedded parts is slightly lower than the traditional amount. The economic benefits obtained by saving a lot of design and construction hours and simplifying the installation workload are difficult to calculate.
The processing of the groove type rail embedded parts adopts hot-rolled Q235-AF plates or pipes with special machines and tools, and is processed by extrusion, part punching or molding. The products can be supplied by the processing plants confirmed by this site. In order to facilitate the comprehensive promotion and application, processing technology and equipment can be provided for the construction unit to process and produce by itself. Since this new type of embedded parts has not been widely used in China, this figure only introduces one specification for engineering application.
