Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Wire and Cable Twisting Equipment Technical Requirements Part 1 General Requirements 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application This standard specifies the technical requirements for wire and cable twisting equipment. This standard applies to the technical requirements for twisting equipment for various conductors and cores of wires and cables. Welded parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.4. 5.32 Plated parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.5. Heat treatment shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.7. 5.5 5.6Coating and appearance shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.11. 6Assembly requirements Before assembly, the accuracy of each link shall be reasonably allocated according to the drawings and assembly process documents. 6.1 For interference fit or single matching, optional parts, the relevant dimensions shall be strictly rechecked before assembly. The level of the machine body, machine base, rotating body, and wire drum rack shall only be leveled, and strong pressure is not allowed. 6.3 The assembly of bearings shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. The assembly of gears and worm transmission components shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 6.5 The assembly of interference fit shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. The assembly of fasteners shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 6.7 The assembly of connectors shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 6.9 The assembly of brakes shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. The assembly accuracy, except for those otherwise specified in this standard, shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. Electrical system 7.1 Electrical materials, independent components and self-contained parts must comply with the relevant standards or technical conditions of each, and can only be used after acceptance. 7.2 The design, assembly and processing of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.10. 8 Safety requirements 8.1 The equipment should have various signs and labels for lubrication, operation (mechanical, electrical or pneumatic, hydraulic) and safety that meet the specified requirements, and these signs and labels can remain clear for a long time. 8.2 Parts that may automatically loosen during the movement of the equipment should have protective devices, and high-speed reels, baskets, cylinders, ground shafts, etc. should have protective devices; machines or units with large floor space should have safety devices and signal devices. 8.3 Trench covers should be installed in trenches where equipment or components are installed or in trenches at operating locations. 8.4 The equipment should have a good electrical grounding device, and the grounding resistance should comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.10. 9 Auxiliary device requirements 9.1 The wire retracting and unwinding device should comply with the provisions of JB4015. 9.2 The traction device should comply with the provisions of JB4032. 9.3 The wrapping device should comply with the provisions of JB4033. 9.4 The reel for taking up and paying out wires shall comply with the provisions of GB4004 and GB4005. The technical requirements for the cage wind reel shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8193. 10 Plates and signs The signs of electrical devices shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.10 Cage 4. 10.2 The nameplate of the equipment shall be fixed in an appropriate and obvious position on each device. 73 JB/T5818.1-91 10.3 The equipment shall have necessary plates, the signs shall be clear and the position shall be correct. 10.4 The content and format of the nameplate and plate shall comply with special regulations. 11 Packaging 11.1 The packaging of the product shall comply with the provisions of JB2759, be firm and reliable, have anti-rust, anti-leakage and moisture-proof measures, meet the requirements of land and water transportation, and be inspected according to the provisions of JB/DQ8124.1 Article 6. 11.2 The instructions and signs on the packaging box should be placed in an appropriate, obvious and clear position. Product instruction manual Packing list The above documents are packed in a moisture-proof bag and sealed and fixed in the No. 1 packaging box. 12 Acceptance and testing 12.1 Each equipment shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. The shipped equipment shall be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product. 12.2 The products shall be accepted and tested in accordance with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.1. Note: ① The noise is measured at the operating position. ② The noise of the motor shall be assessed in accordance with the motor standard.
