The concentration of harmful substances generated by the insulation riser sleeve at high temperature 8 CB/T3716-1995 should comply with the provisions of TJ36. 5.2 Manufacturing requirements 5.2.1 The structure and size of the insulation riser sleeve shall comply with the requirements of 4.2.1~4.2.7. 5.2.2 The surface of the insulation riser sleeve shall not have defects such as cracks or damage. 5.3 Performance requirements The physical performance requirements of the insulation riser sleeve shall be in accordance with Table 8. Table 8 Density, kg/m2 Strength, MPa Flexural strength at room temperature Thermal conductivity, W/(m·K) Refractory degree, ℃ Water content, % 6 Test methods 6.1 Material test Performance index ≤800 ≥1500 The test of harmful substances in insulation riser sleeve materials shall comply with the provisions of TJ36. 6.2 Performance test of insulation riser sleeve 6.2.1 Density test The test method shall comply with the provisions of GB5071. 6.2.2 Strength test Dry compression strength test shall be in accordance with GB5072, and room temperature flexural strength test shall be in accordance with GB3001.6.2.3 Thermal conductivity test shall be in accordance with ZBQ45007. 6.2.4 Refractoriness test shall be in accordance with GB7322. 6.2.5 Water content test shall be in accordance with GB4758.6. 6.3 Dimension and appearance test shall be in accordance with GB10326.6.4 Process performance test shall be in accordance with Appendix A (reference). 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Type inspection Applicable to composite fiber insulation riser sleeve Applicable to composite fiber insulation riser sleeve a. When the material used to manufacture insulation riser sleeve changes and affects the performance index, type inspection shall be carried out; b. When used in the production of important castings, type inspection shall be carried out on the first batch of insulation riser sleeves. 7.2 Factory inspection Factory inspection is carried out in batches, with 100 insulation riser sleeves as a batch. Three are sampled from each batch. If one of them fails, the number is doubled for inspection.
