Aluminum-plastic reinforced composite fabric is composited with plastic fabric in the middle of the fabric layer. It has the characteristics of high strength, impact resistance, softness, good barrier performance, etc. It can be widely used in the fields of color decoration, machinery, chemical industry, materials, pesticides, weapons, etc. In order to meet the needs of the production development and application of aluminum-plastic composite fabric in my country and standardize the technical parameters of aluminum-plastic composite fabric products in my country, this standard is formulated.
This standard is proposed by Zhongju Packaging Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Packaging Standardization. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: Mechanical Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and Changzhou Zhonghua Qinban Plastic Co., Ltd. 4 Requirements
4.1 Specifications and dimensions and limit deviations
BB/T 0017 1999
The specifications and dimensions and limit deviations of fabrics shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Special specifications and dimensions shall be agreed upon by the supplier and the belt supplier. Table 2 Specifications of cloth Size and eye deviation

5 Test method
5. 1 Measurement of length and width of fabric
BB/T 0017—1999
Measurement of length and width shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6673. When fabric is ordered in rolls, the actual length of the fabric shall not be less than the specified length in the order.
5.2 Measurement of the mass per square meter of fabric
According to the provisions of QB/T3808.
5.3 Appearance inspection of fabric
Visual inspection under natural conditions.
5.4 Determination of tensile strength and tear elongation
According to the provisions of QB/T3808.
5.5 Determination of maximum tear force
According to the provisions of GB/T 16578.
5.6 Determination of pendulum impact resistance
According to GB/T 8809
5.7 Determination of water vapor transmission rate
Perform according to the provisions of GB/T1037.
5.8 Determination of oxygen transmission rate
Perform according to the provisions of GB/T1038.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 General
Fabric inspection is changed to batch. 30 rolls of the same variety and same pattern are a batch. 6.2 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.3 Factory inspection
Factory inspection items are size and appearance inspection. During the factory inspection, 1/2 rolls of each batch are taken out for inspection. If there are unqualified items (the maximum number of unqualified items shall not exceed 3, otherwise it shall be judged as unqualified), the unqualified items shall be re-inspected by random sampling from the original batch. If the re-inspection result is still unqualified, the batch shall be judged as unqualified.
6.4 Type inspection
Type inspection is a full-item inspection.
During type inspection, three rolls are taken from each batch to take out 1.m samples for inspection. The physical and mechanical properties of the cloth, except for 5.7 and 5.8, are inspected once for each item. When the process or original material changes, a type inspection should be carried out. If any item in the type inspection fails, the unqualified items should be re-inspected by randomly selecting double from the original material. If the re-inspection result is still qualified, the type inspection is judged to be unqualified.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
Each roll of cloth should be marked with product name, trademark, manufacturer name, factory address, weight, batch, standard number, production date, inspector's seal, etc.
7.2 Packaging
The product should be reliably packaged with paper/composite cloth, coated plastic woven cloth, etc., and the support should be firm. The edge of the packaging cloth is sealed with adhesive tape: 7.3 Transportation

During transportation, the product should be loaded and unloaded gently to prevent mechanical damage, rain, and avoid rabbit powder pollution. 7.4 Purchase and storage
The product should be stored in a clean, cool and dry warehouse, less than 1m away from the heat source. The storage period shall not exceed two years from the date of production.
