Specific A sound pressure level Standard conditions are: atmospheric pressure po=101324.72Pa, atmospheric temperature t=20C, relative humidity p-50% air state. 4.1.2 The values corresponding to the air volume in Table 1 are the working parameters of the fan at the optimal efficiency condition at the design speed. When selecting a fan, the working parameters at different speeds or wheel diameters should be calculated according to the characteristic curve of the fan of this model and the fan similarity formula. 4.1.3 According to the low noise requirements of the unit air conditioner, the fan speed should not exceed 1000r/min. 4.1.4 The determination of the fan A sound pressure level should comply with the provisions of GB2888. 4.2 The dynamic pressure value at the fan outlet should not be greater than 25% of the total pressure value at the optimal efficiency. 5 Technical requirements The fan should meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 The relative humidity of the air conveyed by the fan should not exceed 95%. The maximum vibration speed (root mean square value) of the fan bearing seat should be less than 5.6mm/s. 5.3 The lubricant of the fan bearing should not leak out. 5.4 When the fan is at rated air volume, its total pressure shall not be less than 95% of the rated total pressure value. When the fan is at rated full pressure, its air volume shall not be less than 95% of the rated air volume value. 5.6 The safety requirements of the fan shall comply with the provisions of GB10080. The motor used in the fan shall comply with the provisions of GB755, and the V-belt used in the fan shall comply with the provisions of GB1171. The bearings used in the fan shall comply with the provisions of GB3882. The parts and components of the fan shall have sufficient strength and rigidity. The balancing accuracy of the fan impeller shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ72048. The painting of the fan shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ72017. 5.14 The appearance quality of the fan and its parts and components shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ72029. Under the condition that the user complies with the provisions of the product manual, the manufacturer shall provide free repair or replacement (excluding wearing parts) if the product is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing quality within 18 months from the date of shipment by the manufacturer. 6 Test method 6.1 The aerodynamic performance test of the fan shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB1236. 6.2 The noise test of the fan shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB2888. 6.3 The vibration and overspeed test of the fan shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB10080. 735 7 Inspection rules JB/T 7221-—94 7.1 The parts, components and complete machine of the fan shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard and the corresponding standards and technical documents before they can leave the factory. 7.2 Various inspections of the fan shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. Product model and name; Air volume: Total pressure or static pressure; Speed; JB/T7221-—94 Motor power (input), power supply voltage, frequency; manufacturing year and month; Product factory number. The fan should have a label indicating the working conditions (such as rotation direction). 8.1.2 The ventilator shall be marked with a registered trademark. 8.2 Packaging 8.2.1 The packaging of the ventilator shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ72026. 8.2.2 The following technical documents shall be included in the packaging box: a. Product certificate; Product manual (including: product model, name, working principle, purpose, range, performance curve, product structure, installation diagram, installation instructions and requirements, instructions for use, maintenance and care, precautions); . Packing list. 8.3 Storage 8.3.1 The ventilator shall be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse or shed, and the product shall be protected from collision and corrosive gas. 8.3.2 Exposed machined parts and components shall be coated with anti-rust oil or grease, and protected with oil paper, plastic film, etc., and the corrosion of the machined surface shall be checked regularly. 8.3.3 The storage period is one year. If it exceeds one year, it should be inspected and handled in time.
