5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 The production line should be manufactured according to the approved drawings and technical documents through the prescribed procedures, and its overall requirements should comply with the provisions of JB7233. 5.1.2 The purchased parts and outsourced parts selected in the production process should be qualified products. 5.1.3 The production line should not have abnormal noises and irregular sound during operation, and the sand transport part should be light, flexible, flat, and free of obstruction, especially overheating.
5.1.4 The operating noise of the dust production line is 80db (A1e5.1.5 The mechanical and physical performance indicators and surface quality of the full-width cardboard produced by the production line meet the requirements of BB/0016. 5.1.6 The maximum error of the cutting length of the cardboard cut by the dust production line under the stable disk is ±2.5mm: the cutting length is 1.3 meters, and the difference in the length of the two diagonal lines is 35mm. The cardboard should be flat. 5.2 Requirements for single machines and military components
5 .2.1 Each unit and monitoring system that composes the production line should be independently adjustable and operate accurately and reliably. Adjustment, compensation and maintenance methods should be in place, and each adjustment function should be able to meet the requirements of the production products. 5.2.2 The outer surface of each unit should not have protrusions, depressions, roughness and unevenness defects caused by non-structural defects. The coating surface should be smooth, bright and uniform in color. Obvious spots, wrinkles, bubbles and shedding are allowed. 5.2.3 When a unit in the production station has a part that is not operated on the ground, it should be equipped with stairs, platform pedals, etc. for convenience. For operation: guardrails and other protective devices are installed.
5.2.4 Each single machine should be easy to install and transport. Large parts that need to be repaired, replaced, unloaded, and handled without human effort should be equipped with lifting holes or lifting devices.

6 Test method
6.1 Idle operation

6.2.2.1 Production test
After the production line is preheated and reaches stable operation, the test is started. The tachometer or other methods are used for test.
