National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T3820-1997 Determination of thickness of textiles and textile products Issued on October 9, 1997
National Technical Supervision Commission
Implementation on May 1, 1998
GB/T3820-1997 bzxz.net
This standard is a revised version of GB/T3820-1997 (assembly fabrics) and knitted fabrics. During the revision, the latest version of the international standard S0081.1006 Textile products - Determination of the thickness of anti-woven products and anti-woven products was adopted. At the same time, its technical content and parameters are consistent with 159073.2:19956 Nonwoven fabrics - Test method - Part 2, Determination of thickness> and [S09953.19904 Fabrics - Determination of thickness under specified pressure]. The revised standard is a general standard for the thickness determination of fine fabrics and nanowoven products. Compared with the 1983 version of the standard, this standard has been mainly modified and supplemented as follows: 1. The subject of the standard has been changed to the determination of the thickness of architectural products and textile products. 2. The scope of application has been expanded to various types of textiles and textile products. 3. In order to facilitate addition and application, the classification and definition of textiles have been added. 4. The presser foot area, pressure and test quantity have been greatly modified, and the specific parameters of several major categories of products have been specified. 5. The calculation of the coefficient of thickness variation (CV%) and the confidence interval are listed. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard.
This standard was first issued in March 1983 and revised for the second time in 1997. This standard will replace GB3820-83 from the time it comes into effect. This standard is proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Basic Standards Subcommittee of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Textile Products. This standard was drafted by the Standardization Institute of the China National Textile and Apparel Council. The main drafters of this standard are Wang Baojun and Guo Yue: 1. The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the text of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the three versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. The members of this standard shall discuss the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB6529-86 Standard for adjustment and testing of textile products GB8170-87 Standard for adjustment of values
GB/T1922.1-11 Quality assurance requirements for measuring equipment Part 1: Measuring equipment certification system (ID1) 10012.1.19923
This standard uses the following definitions.
3.1 Thickness of fabric The vertical distance between two reference plates that apply a specified pressure to the fabric. 3.2 Bulk textiles Bulk textiles When the pressure on the textile increases from C.1kPa to 0.5kPa, the change in thickness (compression rate> 21%), human fur, long-haired silk balls, non-woven sewing pieces, etc. 3.3 Tailedlextiles Textiles with a layer of dense velvet (wool) on the surface. Such as nap, nap, flocking, flocking, etc. 3.4 Soft textiles aftytextiles
For loose and soft fabrics such as wool, pine, woolen needlework, etc., 4. Place the sample on the test board. Place the pressure foot parallel to the board and apply the assumed pressure to the specified area of the sample. After the specified time, measure the width and record the vertical distance between the two sides, which is the thickness measurement value of the sample. 5. Equipment
5.1 Thickness
The thickness should be carried out in accordance with B/T19022.1 The thickness gauge shall include (or have) the following components: National Technical Supervision 1997-10-09 Approval 199805-01 Implementation
GB/3:3820-1997
5.1.1 Interchangeable pressure gauges can be interchanged according to the sample type. The pressure gauge test foot area (2000 ± 20) 11, the diameter of the pressure gauge should be (50. ± 0.2) n1l. The pressure gauge foot area should be used according to the sample type. 1. . No wooly, soft and loose samples are found. Please select other parameters according to A12 in Appendix A. The relevant parameters are as follows. For example, according to the needs, non-woven fabrics or earth, Ding, cloth can also be pressed by 25 (Grum*, but it should be noted in the test report. When the additional time is selected, the pressure is extended by 20% after the specified time. 5.1.2 The reference plate has a flat surface and a diameter that is at least larger than the presser foot ( 5.1.1) 5mm. 5.1.3 Device for movable presser foot (moving direction is perpendicular to the reference plate (5.1.2 surface 1) to keep the working surface of the presser foot horizontal and parallel to the reference plate (5.1.2) surface with a non-parallelism of 0.2%, and to apply the specified pressure to the test specimen placed on the reference plate. 5.1.4 Thickness gauge can indicate the distance between the presser foot (5.1.1) and the reference plate (5.1.2) T. The indication is accurate to 0.01mm. 5.2 Timer
If the thickness is only (5.1) with a timing device, this item is not required. 6 Humidity adjustment and test atmosphere
Select the product and test standard atmosphere according to the provisions of H6529. Use industrial condensation standard atmosphere. For routine test, use three-stage standard atmosphere.
7 Depth sampling and test specimen preparation
7.1 Sample results
The method and number of sample collection shall be in accordance with the provisions of the product standard. If the product standard does not make detailed provisions, it shall be replaced according to the relevant methods that are beneficial to the test results.
7.2 Test specimens
7.2.1 The samples collected according to Article 1 can be directly used as test specimens. During the test, the measurement locations should be evenly arranged in a ladder shape within a narrow distance of more than 150m. It is necessary that the measurement points are not in the same vertical and horizontal positions, and the points and analysis points that affect the test results should be avoided. 7.2.2 For products that are easy to deform or may affect the test operation, such as some knitted fabrics, non-woven fabrics or wide fabrics, and anti-woven products, sufficient samples should be taken according to Table 1. The requirements of 7.2.1 should be followed, and the size of the sample should not be less than the size of the presser foot. 7.3 Humidification Before the test, the sample or the sample should be humidified and balanced in the atmosphere specified in Chapter 6 under the condition of looseness. The method and requirements of humidification should be in accordance with GB6529. Normally, the humidification should be carried out for more than 16 hours. The fiber samples should be balanced for at least 2 hours. The samples with a specified humidification rate of zero should be directly tested. 8 Determination procedure GB/T 3820--1997 8.1 Select the presser foot according to Table 1 (5.1.1) according to the sample type. For samples with uneven surface, the presser foot diameter should not be less than the length of the pattern. If necessary, a smaller presser foot can be used to measure and report the thickness of the uneven parts. 8.2 Clear the presser foot (5.1.1) and the reference plate (5.1.2), and check the flexibility of the presser foot axis. Determine the pressure according to Table 1 and then drive the presser foot onto the reference plate, and set the thickness gauge (5.1.4) to the same level. 8.3 Lift the presser foot. Place the sample on the reference plate without tension and deformation. 8.4 Press the presser foot gently on the sample and maintain a constant pressure (see 8.2). After the specified time (Table 1), read the thickness indication value: 8.5 single and double 8.3~8.4 procedures, until the specified number of locations or each sample is measured. 8.6 If the thickness under different pressures is to be determined, such as geotextiles, etc., procedures 3.2 to 8.5 can be repeated for each pressure; or procedures 8.2 to 4 procedures can be repeated for each location or each sample from the whole pressure to measure the original thickness of the same point pressure, and then the test location or sample is changed to repeat the previous operation until the specified number of locations or each sample is measured. 9. Calculate the arithmetic mean (corrected to 0.01 mm), coefficient of variation (about 0.1%) and 95% confidence interval (about 0.01 mm) of the thickness measured in step 2 according to the method specified in 0B8170, where the confidence level is 1 and the degree of freedom is -1. The bilateral confidence coefficient s is the standard deviation of the measured value!
and test the number of units.
