4.1 The calibrator should be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and should comply with the provisions of this standard. 4.2 The calibrator oil system should be sealed
4.3 When equipped with a stop valve, the stop valve should be able to cut off the oil path connecting the fuel injection pump to the pressure gauge and variable volume device (if used), and should be sealed.
4.4 The head structure of the high oil pipe joint used shall comply with d in Table 2 of Article 1.2.1 of GB3539. =6mm (or d. =7mm) d=2mm The Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry approved the relevant regulations on the implementation of the

4.5 The inner wall of the fuel tank should be smooth and treated with anti-corrosion. The structure of the tank cover should ensure ventilation and prevent dirt from entering the tank. 4.6 The paper filter element of the fuel filter should comply with the relevant regulations in JB/T5240. 4.7 The measuring range of the pressure gauge is 0~40MPa or 0~60MPa, and the accuracy level is not less than 1.5. In order to protect the pressure gauge from damage by oil pressure impact during operation, a buffer should be installed in the oil inlet, but the pressure should not be reduced. The response speed of the table. 4.8 The oil outlet of the fuel injection pump has no pressure reducing effect, and the sealing cone surface should be sealed. 4.9 The diameter of the plunger of the fuel injection pump should not be less than 8mm. 4.10 The stroke of the plunger of the fuel injection pump should not be less than 8mm. 4.11 When the stopper is open and the oil outlet is blocked, the hydrodynamic stiffness of the calibrator shall not be less than 0.2MPa/mm control stroke in the pressure range of 5 to 35MPa. 4.12 The nameplate mark of the calibrator shall be Clean off; there should be no bumps, burrs or rust on the processed surface; the surface of the casting should be smooth and there should be no casting defects; the paint surface should not have defects such as peeling off or overflowing. 4.13 The warranty period of the casualty insurance device is 18 months. When the user complies with the relevant provisions in the instruction manual, during the warranty period, if the damage is caused by poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it free of charge. 4.14 The limit life of the calibrator is 10000h5 Test method
5.1 The test oil should comply with the regulations of GB252 or GB8029. Before doing each of the following tests, the oil pressure in the oil system should first be raised to the maximum. When the oil pressure is stopped, if the oil pressure drops, it is allowed to move the joystick multiple times within 30 minutes and repeatedly increase the oil pressure. Pump to the maximum to exhaust all the air entering the test oil. 5.2 Jade sealing test of the injection pump plunger. After the calibration oil system is exhausted, the oil outlet is blocked, and the oil outlet is blocked. Pressurize the pump chamber to 15MP8, and then operate the support slightly at a pumping rate of once every 3 seconds. During this process, the lubricating pressure (within the range of 1535MPa or 1555MPa) must continue to rise and should not remain unchanged or decrease.
5.3 Sealing test of the calibrator oil system. After the calibrator oil system is exhausted, block the oil outlet. With the stop valve open, maximize the hydraulic pump chamber and loosen it. Operate the lever, and then from 35MPa, the pressure gauge reading decreases at a speed not greater than 0.1MPa/min-5.4. The cut-off reading and the sealing test of the outlet valve sealing cone surface are installed at the oil outlet with a reference pressure gauge, and the cut-off reading is closed. , after the calibrator oil system is exhausted, move the joystick several times to pump the oil pressure to the maximum and release the joystick. At this time, there should be no change in the reading value of the pressure gauge, and the falling speed of the reading value of the reference pressure gauge should not be greater than 0.1 MPa/min.
5.5 Fluid Mechanics Stiffness Test
Reading and blocking at the opening cutoff In the case of the oil outlet, load 50N on the joystick handle, record the pressure gauge value pt, and continue loading to 150N. Record the pressure P and also record the vertical distance S fluid that the center of the handle moves downward from 50N to 150N. The mechanical stiffness K is calculated according to formula (1), and its unit is MPa/mmK-Pi-pt
