There should not be more than one exposed thread, jumper, missing flower, or edge within 10m. 6 Test method 6.1 The specifications of carbon fiber braided packing impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene shall be measured from two mutually perpendicular directions with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm, and the arithmetic mean shall be taken. Any point of the packing shall be taken as the starting point, and the measurement shall be made once every 1m, and the arithmetic mean of 3 places shall be taken as the test result. For the specifications of packing rings, two points are measured in the symmetrical direction of the diameter of each ring, and the arithmetic mean of the three rings is taken as the test result. 6.2 The tests of bulk density, acid loss, alkali loss, compression rate, rebound rate, heat loss, friction coefficient and wear of carbon (chemical) fiber impregnated polytetrafluoroethylene braided packing are in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6371. 6.3 The appearance quality of braided packing is visually inspected. Inspection rules 1 Products can only leave the factory after being inspected and qualified by the inspection department. 7.1 7.2 Products are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2.1 The items of factory inspection include: specification and dimensional deviation, bulk density, heat loss, and appearance quality. The items of type inspection are all items specified in Articles 6.1 to 6.4. 7.2.2 Type 7.3 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a.
