3.4 The working surface of the product shall be flat and smooth, and no defects such as bubbles, impurities, pitting, cracks or cracks that affect practical performance are allowed. The appearance quality of the non-working surface shall conform to the relevant provisions of GB/T7529. 4 Sampling
The rubber compound is produced in the same shift and on the same machine in batches of no more than 300kg. The same specifications of products produced with the same batch of rubber compound and the same production process conditions are considered as a batch based on the daily output. 4.2 Product appearance inspection
The appearance of the products should be inspected piece by piece
4.3 Product size inspection
Sampling inspection shall be carried out according to the general inspection level II in GB/T2828 and the acceptable quality level (AQL) of 4.0. 4.4 Inspection types
4.4.1 Factory inspection. Each batch of materials shall be inspected according to the requirements of items 1 to 4 in Table 1. HG/T2887—1997
4.4.2 Type inspection, when one of the following situations occurs, all requirements specified in this standard shall be subject to type inspection, and trial type identification shall be conducted for new and old products when they are transferred to the factory for production; a)
After formal production, if there are major changes in materials and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, inspections shall be conducted at least once every six months; when the product is resumed after three months of suspension; when there is a major difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 4.5 Re-inspection
4.5.1 When the size of the product is unqualified, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products; when the appearance quality of the product is unqualified, the product shall be judged as unqualified.
4.5.2 When the physical property test of the material fails, double samples should be taken to test the unqualified items. If the test is still unqualified, the rubber material is allowed to be refined once. After the refinement, the gold item performance test should be carried out. If there is still one unqualified item, the batch of rubber materials is unqualified. 5 Test method
5.1 Appearance
The appearance of the product shall be inspected by visual method. 5.2 Dimensions
The dimensions of the product shall be inspected with a measuring tool with a graduation value of 0.02mm. 5.3 Physical properties
5.3.1 The test specimens shall be prepared from the product. If they cannot be prepared directly from the product, they can also be prepared from the same batch of rubber materials used to manufacture the product, using a film of appropriate thickness made under the same process conditions as the production product. 5.3.2 Hardness, test according to GB/T531. 5.3.3 Tensile strength and elongation at break, test according to GB/T528, using type 1 specimen. 5.3.4 Compression set, test according to GB/T7759, using type B specimen. 5.3.5 Tear strength, test according to GB/T529, using right-angle specimen. 5.3.6 Resistance to 25# transformer oil, test according to GB/1690. 5.3.7 Hot air aging, test according to GB/T3512. 5.3.8 Kneading resistance, test according to GB/T1682. 5.3.9 Compatibility with 25# transformer oil, test according to Appendix C of HG/T2812, where the dielectric consumption rate (tg§), surface tension and acid value, are tested according to GB/T5654, GB/T6541 and GB/T264 respectively. 5.3.10 True oxygen aging, test according to GB/T7762 6 Marking, packaging, transportation. Single storage
6.1 Unless otherwise specified, the marking, packaging, transportation and storage of materials shall be carried out according to GB/T5721 6.2 In the case of complying with the storage regulations of GB/T5721, the storage period of the product is two years. Products that exceed the storage period must be fully tested for performance and can only be used after passing the test. People's Republic of China
