4.2.2 The second segment of the administrative division code below the county level adopts a serial sequence code, which consists of three digits and is specifically divided into: 001~099 represents streets (regions) 100~199 represents towns (ethnic towns) 200~399 represents townships, ethnic townships, and sumus4.3 Coding rules 4.3.1 The administrative division codes below the county level should be uniformly sorted and coded according to the administrative affiliation and the division types listed in 4.2.2. 4.3.2 When compiling administrative division codes below the county level, when only county and above administrative divisions are represented, the second segment of the code structure shown in 4.1 should be three digits 0, represented by nine digits to ensure the consistency of the code length. 4.3.3 When the code in GB/T2260 is changed, the first segment corresponding to the administrative division code below the county level should be changed accordingly. 4.3.4.
