The test tank dielectric solution is a 5% sodium chloride solution prepared with grade 3 steamed stuffing water in accordance with 1SO3696, and the temperature is (22±3)℃.

Select at least one pair of test plates of the same length, one positioning plate and one corrugated plate, with the test edge length of at least 300 mm. Immerse the test specimen in the pickling solution (4.1) for 10 min±10 s, then rinse it with water and dry it. 7 Test steps
According to the product design drawing, measure the total length of the edges of the positioning plate and the corrugated plate test specimen (i.e. the developed length of the test specimen) to the nearest 1 mm. Note: The developed length of the edge refers to the length that takes into account the shape layer of the sample positioning pole and the corrugated pole surface. Measure the thickness of the test specimen when it is not coated with enamel to the nearest 0.1 mm. Within 1 h after the sample is pickled, place the sample in the test enamel (5.1) to ensure that the test edge (the edge facing the flue gas direction) is less than 10 mm. Connect the power supply (5.2) to the two electrodes, connect the electrode L1 to the sample, pass the socket (3 + 0.5)s lip, and let the ammeter (5.3) record the current value.
Repeat the above test for one edge of the sample facing the smoke direction, and then repeat the above test for two other edges. The results are shown in the figure below:
