QB/T 3528--1999 Replaces ZBY 32031-—1990 3.3 The roll width is 787mm or as specified in the order contract, and the width deviation is not allowed to exceed ±5mm. The roll diameter is (800±50)mm, and the mass of each roll does not exceed 300kg. The cutting edge of paper shall be neat and clean, and the paper surface shall be smooth. 3.00 Test method GB/T453 GB/T 455.1 GB/T453 GB/T 1540 GB/T462 The paper surface shall not have folds, wrinkles, transparent spots, holes, spots, streaks, sand, hard blocks, undissociated fiber bundles, knots, etc. The paper produced by double mesh shall not have single-layer paper inside. 4.5 The rolls must be uniformly tight, the roll core is firm and should not be deformed. The end surface of the roll should be flat, without cracks, the bow should not exceed 15mm, and the serration should not exceed 5mm. There shall be no more than 4 broken ends per roll of paper, and the broken ends shall not be glued, but they shall be marked with colored paper strips at the end of the roll. Inspection rules The number of deliveries shall be one batch, but shall not exceed 30t. 5.1 The delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. The sample unit is the roll. 5.3 The sample collection and the temperature and humidity treatment of the sample before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450 and GB/T10739. 5.4 The sampling plan, inspection level, qualified quality level (AQL), etc. shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2.
