4.3 High magnification structure
The microstructure of the patterned plate is not allowed to be overburned.
4.4 Surface quality
GB3618-89
4.4.1 The patterned surface of the patterned plate should be well processed and should not have defects that affect its use. 4.4.2 Surface changes caused by heat treatment are allowed. 4.4.3 The total area of bubbles on the patterned surface per square meter shall not exceed 100mm2. 4.4.4 The depth of defects on the patterned surface of the patterned plate shall not exceed the negative deviation of the bottom plate thickness, and the minimum thickness shall be guaranteed. 4.4.5 When the patterned plate is not trimmed, the nominal size of the middle part of the plate shall meet the requirements of this standard. 5 Test methods
5.1 The arbitration analysis method of the chemical composition of the patterned plate shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6987. 5.2 The mechanical properties test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB228. 5.3 For the patterned plate subjected to fire, the microstructure test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3246. 5.4 The size measurement method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3194. 5.5 The test method for nitrate traces is as follows:
Drop a drop of diphenylamine sulfuric acid solution with a concentration of 0.5% (volume concentration) on the plate surface. After 10 to 15 seconds, if the drop turns blue sharply, it proves that nitrate exists at that location. If it does not turn blue, it proves that there is no nitrate at that location. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection and acceptance
The patterned plate shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 6.2 Batches
The patterned plates shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of the same pattern, alloy, state and specification. 6.3 Inspection items
Each batch of patterned plates shall be inspected for external dimensions, surface quality, and mechanical properties required by the user (mechanical properties must be checked for No. 1 patterned plates).
Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the coating layer shall not be tested. .6.4 Sampling position and number of samples
6.4.1 When sampling for chemical composition arbitration, samples can be taken at will, but for patterned plates with coating layers, the coating layer should be removed before sampling. 6.4.2 When doing mechanical property test, samples should be taken from the end of the plate, and the angle between the long axis direction of the sample and the rolling direction is: 45° for patterned plate No. 1 and 90° for other patterned plates. The number of samples is 2% of the number of sheets in the batch (not less than 2 sheets), and 1 sample is taken for each sheet. 6.4.3 For patterned plates that have been solution heat treated in a nitrate furnace, 1% of each batch is sampled according to the number of sheets to test for nitrate traces. 6.5 Repeated test
When the test result of one sample in the room temperature mechanical property test is unqualified, double the number of samples should be cut from the plate of the unqualified sample for repeated test. If one sample is still unqualified in the re-test result, the plate shall be scrapped. The supplier shall inspect the plate sections represented by the unqualified samples one by one, and deliver the qualified ones and discard the unqualified ones. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
