Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of carded wool yarn and semi-worsted wool yarn for carpets. This standard is applicable to the quality assessment of raw white or dyed carded wool yarn and semi-worsted wool yarn for hand-made carpets and machine-made carpets made of wool or wool and chemical fiber blends as tuft raw materials. The quality assessment of yarn for carpets made of pure chemical fiber as tuft raw materials can be used as a reference. This standard has the following features:
1. This standard covers both hand-made wool yarn and machine-made wool yarn, making the technical indicators of hand-made carpet yarn and machine-made carpet yarn more reliable and improving the technical level. 2. In order to strive for compliance with international practices, the traditional various rates of physical indicators are changed to be expressed in the internationally accepted coefficient of variation (CV%).
3. In order to meet the international standards, the light fastness level is improved, and different levels are given according to the operation method: the test method refers to the relevant international standards, and the provisions and evaluation of the two end points are in accordance with the relevant standards of the International Wool Bureau. 4. The optional item "anti-static agent is used in excess" is added, and the derivative A of this standard is the record of the standard.
This standard is proposed by the China Light Industry Federation's Investment and Business Department. This standard is drafted by the National Center for Standardization of Textiles and Fabrics, and the drafting positions of this standard are: Tianjin Institute of Geotechnical Engineering, Shandong Weishan Carpet Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Technology Carpet Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

4 Requirements
08/T251-2001
4.1 The requirements for wool yarn are divided into two aspects: internal quality and external quality. Internal quality includes the evaluation of physical indicators and color fastness, and appearance quality includes the evaluation of appearance dirt. 4.1.1 The evaluation of physical indicators and color fastness in internal quality shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 4.1.2 The evaluation of appearance dirt in external quality shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 4.2 Grading regulations
4.2.1 The evaluation of wool yarn for carpets is based on batches (products with different raw materials, varieties, color numbers and production processes), and is divided into superior products, second-rate products, qualified products and unqualified products according to physical indicators, color fastness and appearance dirt. The dirt is graded according to the one that is not included.
4.2.2 If the color difference and color spot exceed the provisions of Table 2 in the sampled quantity by 10%, the appearance will be downgraded. 4.2.3 If other appearance dirt changes by more than 30% of the sampled quantity When the value exceeds the value specified in Table 2, the grade shall be downgraded. Simple yarn and skein
The length of the yarn is within one meter (within 2m
) and counts as one place. One to two pictures (2m~4in>) counts as two places. The rest of the categories and length within the figure are measured and evaluated by 2.50 point cards. Good, flat, no slight difference in the package table, but not much. 5.1.1 Linear density, snatch, hank yarn strength test items are tested every year or every two items (10 large yarns or 10 simple yarns) 5.1.2 Red about type, moisture, and traceability are tested once every day (50 elephants or 10 simple bills). 5.2 Appearance reduction inspection The external milk is visible and connected to the farmer 2. The final yarn and simple yarn are tested and tested. The inspection light is based on the north light. If the door light is used for lighting, the illumination is not less than 10 6001x. Directly use the inspection frame for inspection, and the commercial yarn is separated from the twist. The inspection frame is placed under the light source, and the inspected object is 40°~50° with the vertical light. The inspector's line of sight should be directly facing the inspected object, and the line of sight distance is 40cm1~50cm. During the inspection, each object will be hung on the inspection line rod. 5.3 Test method for inner fabric quality
5.3.1 Linear density
Test method shall be implemented in accordance with GBT4743.
5. 3.2 Strength
Test method shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T2543.1,
5. 3.3. Breaking strength
Test method shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T8696.
Part 10: The length of each test pen is specified to be 51m (Figure) 5.3.4 Wool content
QB/T251B-2001
This test method shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T2910 or GB/T291. 5.5.5 Hemoglobin content
The test method shall be implemented in accordance with FZT20002.
5.9. G Flax color fastness
The test method shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T3920.
5.3.)The test method for lightfastness color fastness shall be carried out in accordance with GBT8427: The end point of exposure shall be determined by simultaneously and reversely drying the yarn sample and the 5-level monitoring mark, but the 4-level blue mark shall be continuously exposed to the test piece with a depth not greater than 1/12 of the standard, and the blue mark shall be stopped at the next 4 levels when the contrast between the exposed and unexposed parts is better than that of the exposed part. 5.3.8 The test method for the retention of anti-fading agent shall be carried out in accordance with FZT20003.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1.1 General inspection
Before the products are transferred to the factory, they must pass the inspection. Only qualified products can be sent to the factory. The quality of the products shall be sampled according to Table 2: The internal quality shall be sampled according to Table 1: density, speed, yarn strength and color, etc. 6.1.2 Type inspection
Type inspection includes appearance quality, that is, the external quality is sampled against the internal quality. If one of the following test conditions exists, the product shall be subject to type inspection. 6) Before product inspection:
b) When the raw materials, products and production process have changed significantly: e) During normal production, at least once a year:
d) When the national quality supervision agency inspects the product quality. 6.2 Batch sampling
For products used for physical index and appearance inspection, the sample size is determined according to the product size, and samples are randomly selected from the batch. For batches of 5000kk and below, 10 or 10 samples are taken, and for batches of more than 5000k, 20 or 20 samples are taken.
6.3 Judgment and re-inspection rules
6.3.1 The product grade shall be judged according to the grading provisions of 4.2 of this standard. 6.3.2 If only one item among the appearance quality inspection items fails to meet the standards, it is allowed to double sample from the batch of products for re-inspection. If all items are qualified, the appearance quality of the batch of products is judged to be qualified. If only one skein or one yarn is qualified, the appearance quality of the batch of products is judged to be unqualified.
6.3.3 If only one item among the internal quality inspection items fails to meet the standards, it is allowed to double sample from the batch of products for re-inspection, and the average value of the inspection results of all the samples is used as the inspection result. If the re-inspection is qualified, the internal quality of the batch of products is judged to be qualified. Otherwise, the internal quality of the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
