Specified value ± 0.02 5℃Water quality is clear, not turbid (48±1)℃Keep for 24h, maintain the original color unchanged≤2000 Should comply with the provisions of the State Administration of Technical Supervision Order [1995] No. 43Test method 4.1 Hygiene index Inspected according to the method specified in Weifajianfa [2002] No. 229. 4.2 Sensory indexes 4.2.1 Color Take samples in 25mL colorimetric tubes and observe visually at room temperature and without direct sunlight. 4.2.2 Aroma QB/T1858-2004 First, put equal amounts of sample and specified sample (according to the internal regulations of the enterprise) in the same container, use absorbent paper with a width of 0.5cm~1.0cm and a length of 10cm~15cm as fragrance evaluation paper, dip about 1cm~2cm of the sample and specified sample respectively (the two should be close), and use the sense of smell to identify. 4.2.3 Clarity Observe the original bottle at room temperature and without direct sunlight, 30cm away from the observer. 4.3 Physical and chemical indexes 4.3.1 Relative density Measure according to the method specified in GB/T13531.4. 4.3.2 Turbidity Measured according to the method specified in GB/T13531.3. 4.3.3 Color stability 4.3.3.1 Apparatus a) Constant temperature incubator: temperature control accuracy ±1°C; b) Test tube: Φ2cm×13cm. 4.3.3.2 Operating procedures Information network Pour the sample into two test tubes, about 2/3 of the height, and plug them with clean corks. Place one of the test tubes to be tested in a constant temperature incubator pre-adjusted to (48±1)°C. Open the cork once after 1 hour, then plug it again and continue to place it in the constant temperature incubator. Take it out after 24 hours, restore it to room temperature and compare it visually with the sample in the other test tube kept at room temperature. 4.4 Net content deviation Measured by the method specified in 6.1.1 of JJF1070-2000. 5 Inspection rules According to QB/T1684 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage, shelf life 6.1 Marking of sales packaging According to GB5296.3. 6.2 Packaging According to QB/T1685 7.3 Transportation Should be loaded and unloaded lightly and stacked according to the box icon. Avoid severe vibration, impact and sun and rain. 7.4 Purchase and storage Should be stored in a room temperature, ventilated and dry warehouse with a temperature not higher than 38℃, and should not be close to water sources, stoves or heaters. When stored, it should be at least 20cm away from the ground and at least 50cm away from the inner wall, and there should be a passage in the middle. Stack according to the box icon and strictly follow the first-in-first-out principle. 7.5 Shelf Life Under the prescribed transportation and storage conditions, and provided that the product packaging is intact and unopened, the shelf life shall be as indicated on the sales packaging.
