Conform to GB3084-82#10, #12, low carbon steel galvanized steel wire can play a moisture-proof role, clean and not pollute medicinal materials: Machine wire made of: strands, diameter 2~3mm2.2.1 Plywood is made of bamboo pieces, strips, purple locust strips or other materials of the most equivalent quality. The side length of the fire board should be less than the corresponding box inner diameter of 40mm.
2.2.2 When plywood is not used, bamboo pieces of appropriate length are placed on the upper and lower sides of the package, with a width of 30mm and a thickness of 4~6mm. The diameter of the vitex and purple locust strips is 8mm or more.
2.3 Packaging materials should be dry, free of insects, and will not affect the quality of medicinal materials. 3 Technical requirements
3.11 The net weight of the shrink-wrapped medicinal materials is divided into five weight numbers: 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 kg. 3.2 The supporting materials used should be placed between the wrapping materials and the moisture-proof materials. 3.3 When the medicinal materials are compressed into packages, the packages should be tightly packed according to the properties of the medicinal materials while ensuring the quality requirements. 3.4 Requirements for the tying of packages
3.4.1 The packages are tied with ropes or iron wires for 5 to 7 turns horizontally, and the knots are tied and locked to prevent slipping and loosening. 3.4.2
The seams of the wrapping materials are sewn with hemp thread, and the stitch length is not more than 20 mm. 3.4.3 The appearance of the package should be neat on all six sides and full on the octagonal part, and the goods should not be exposed. 4 Marking
4.1 Shipping and Receiving Marking
4.1.1 Shipping and Receiving Marking Items11 include: transport number, product name, number of shipments, destination station, receiving and shipping units, and departure station. They shall be pasted or arranged on both ends of the package.
4.1.2 Text and graphic items1 on the package include: pharmaceutical classification mark, product name, specification (grade), gross weight, net weight, origin and packaging unit, and period.
4.2 Packing and storage graphic markings shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of GB191-85 "Packaging Storage and Transportation Graphic Marking". 5 Others
5.1 For shrink packaging, the moisture content of medicinal materials shall comply with relevant national regulations. 5.2 Each package shall be accompanied by a medicinal material quality certificate. 5.3 When using standard box type compression packaging, the weight, compression height, internal materials, supporting materials, and density of each Chinese herbal medicine are shown in Table 3. When using the reserved box type compression packaging, except for the weight and compression height of each Chinese herbal medicine, the rest of the requirements of Table 3 shall be followed. The weight change shall comply with 3.1. After the weight and compression height change, the density of the compressed package should be the same as the density of the standard box type, with an error of no more than 10%.
