3 Types and basic parameters
3.1 Type
The basic type of this rice transplanter is a rice transplanter with a crank-rocker type planting mechanism with a rice seedling removal device and a bidirectional spiral groove type continuous motion box shifting mechanism.
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 18, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992

4 Working conditions and operating performance

4.1 The rice transplanter is required to adopt standardized breeding methods. The seedlings with soil should have a soil thickness of 15-25mm, a seedling height of 100-200mm, a leaf age of 2.5-5 leaves, a densely packed seedling root, and firm soil. The width of the soil disk should be 1-3mm smaller than the inner width of the seedling box. The breeding soil should be sieved through a 4-5mm hole sieve and no foreign matter such as stones should be allowed. The absolute moisture content of the bed soil before transplanting is 35%~55%. 4.2 The transplanting field should be muddy and flat, with a mud foot depth of no more than 300mm and a water depth of 10~30mm. The sedimentation after harrowing is measured according to the cone penetration specified in GB6243, with a cone depth of 60~100mm.
4.3 The germination rate, emergence rate and seedling rate of seeds for seedling cultivation are all above 90%, the seedling block space rate is less than 5%, and the uniformity qualification rate before transplanting is above 80%.
4.4 Operation quality: the missing rate is ≤5%, the seedling injury rate is ≤4%, and the relative uniformity qualification rate is ≥85%. 5 General technical requirements
5.1 The raw materials, standard parts and purchased parts used in the manufacture of transplanting machines must comply with relevant national standards and drawing requirements. 5.2 Castings
5.2.1 Grey cast iron parts shall comply with the provisions of GB9439, and the cast iron grade shall comply with the provisions of GB5612. 5.2.2 Ductile iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB1348. 5.2.3
Steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB5676.
5.2.4 Aluminum alloy castings shall comply with the provisions of GB1173 and JB2120. 5.2.5 Aluminum alloy die castings shall comply with the provisions of JB2702. 5.2.6 The dimensional tolerance of iron castings shall comply with Grade 7 in JB2854. 5.2.7
The dimensional tolerance of steel castings shall comply with Grade 1 in JB2580. 5.2.8 The castings must be free of sand and other debris, and the surface should be smooth and clean. The burrs and gates on the unprocessed surface should be polished and smoothed. Steel and iron castings must be coated with anti-rust primer.
5.2.9 The castings are not allowed to have defects such as pores, slag inclusions, shrinkage holes, cracks, etc. that reduce the strength and performance of the castings. 5.3 The tolerance of the dimensions not marked on the drawing shall comply with the IT14 grade in GB1804. 5.4 The tolerance of the angle not marked shall comply with the v grade in GB11335. 5.5 The position tolerance of the shaft and hole not marked shall comply with the B grade in GB1184. 5.6 The welded parts shall be firmly welded, and no defects such as leakage, incomplete welding, slag inclusion, crack or perforation are allowed, and the welding slag shall be removed. 5.7 The painting shall comply with the provisions of NJ/Z3, coating code: TQ-3-SM; the surface of aluminum alloy shall be painted with varnish or oxidized. All paints shall be evenly applied without shedding, wrinkling, sagging or bottom exposure. 5.8 The surface of unpainted steel parts (including standard parts) shall be blackened or galvanized, and various handles shall be chrome-plated, polished or galvanized. 5.9 The main dimensions and end face tooth profile of the sprocket shall comply with the provisions of GB1244. 5.10 The spline shall comply with the provisions of GB1144, GB3478.1 and GB3478.2. 2
6 Technical requirements for main parts

6.1 Transmission box (including travel transmission box and working transmission box) 6.1.1 Each rotating part shall be flexible and easy to operate, and there shall be no jamming and collision. 6.1.2 The accuracy of cylindrical gears and bevel gears shall comply with the 8th grade specified in GB10095 and GB11365. 6.1.3 Each sliding gear and clutch tooth shall move flexibly, the fork gear position shall be accurate and reliable, the gear meshing axial deviation shall not exceed 1mm, and there shall be no disengagement or disordered gearing.
6.1.4 The axial movement of each shaft shall not exceed 1mm. 6.1.5 The longitudinal seedling delivery cam shall move freely on the shaft along the key, and the contact width of the two wheels shall not be less than 80% of the cam thickness when delivering seedlings. 6.2 Planting arm
6.2.1 After assembly, the crank rotates and the seedling pusher moves freely, and the seal is reliable. 6.2.2 The axial offset of the seedling pusher cam and the fork is not more than 1mm. 6.2.3 The stroke of the seed pusher and the gap between the seedling pusher and the separation needle meet the requirements specified in the drawing. 6.3 Safety clutch
The static separation torque of the safety clutch is 44±5Nm, and it must be checked and adjusted piece by piece. 7 Technical conditions for general assembly
7.1 All parts must be inspected and qualified, and purchased parts and cooperative parts must have qualified certification documents, and can only be assembled after random inspection and re-inspection. 7.2 Each moving part should rotate flexibly without collision or jamming. 7.3 Oil leakage is not allowed on the static joint surface, and oil dripping is not allowed on the dynamic joint surface. 7.4 Each group of planting arms should move in unison, and the crank is not allowed to move on the sprocket shaft. 7.5 The gap between the separation needle and the door side is greater than 1.1mm, and both sides are consistent; when the seedling box is moved to both ends, the gap between the separation needle and the side wall of the seedling box is greater than 0.5mm. 7.6 When the separation needles take the same amount of seedlings and are at the lowest position, the height difference of the needle tip is less than 5mm. 7.7 The seedling delivery wheel should rotate more than one circle after 10 vertical seedling delivery. 7.8 The positioning clutch should be completely separated and reliably engaged. When separated, the separation needle tip should stay at the specified position, and the phase difference of the crank angle should be ±13°
7.9 Each operating handle should be flexible and reliable, and the adjustment mechanism should be flexible and accurate. 7.10 All fasteners must be tightened to ensure firmness and reliability. 8 Test methods and inspection rules
8.1 Performance tests and production tests should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6243. 8.2 After assembly, the working part of the insertion machine shall be tested for no less than 20 minutes; the travel transmission box shall be tested for no less than 10 minutes at each gear. Operate the positioning clutch to check the positioning accuracy of the positioning clutch 8.3 After the trial run, the rice transplanter must be inspected for appearance quality, integrity of the whole machine and accessories, and only with a certificate of conformity can it be shipped out of the factory. 8.4 Before leaving the factory, the whole machine shall be inspected according to the technical requirements of this standard. The number of inspections shall be 3% of the number of products (not less than 3 units). If one unit fails the inspection, double the number of units shall be inspected again. If there are more units that fail the inspection, all units shall be repaired and resubmitted for acceptance. 9 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
9.1 Fix the gear position, handle, positioning clutch, and lubrication position signs in prominent positions. 3
9.2 The product sign shall indicate the following:
a. Manufacturer's name;
b. Product name, model, and specifications:
c. Product number and date of manufacture.
9.3 Packaging

The rice transplanter and its spare parts, random tools, instruction manual, and certificate of conformity shall be packed only after they are complete. 9.3.1
The packaging should be firm and reliable, and the machine should not move in the box. The outer wall of the packaging should have obvious text marks or symbols. Contents include: a. Product name and model;
b. Receiving unit and address;
C. Net weight, gross weight, box number, outer dimensions; d. Manufacturer's name;
c "Do not invert", "Handle with care" and other words and symbols. 9.4 During loading, unloading and transportation, prevent the machine from deformation, loss of parts and peeling of topcoat. 9.5 The rice transplanter should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, the machine should be laid flat and coated with anti-rust oil according to the instructions.
