If the inspection results do not comply with the provisions of this standard, the buyer shall submit the matter to the supplier within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and buyer shall negotiate to resolve the issue. 6.2Batch Wire shall be submitted for inspection in batches. Each batch shall consist of the same brand, specification and state, and the weight of each batch shall not exceed 500kg. 6.3 Inspection Items 6.3.1 Each batch of wires shall be inspected for chemical composition, dimensions, mechanical properties and surface quality. 6.3.2 Each batch of hard and semi-hard wires shall be subjected to repeated bending tests. 6.4 Sampling Location and Sampling Quantity 6.4.1 For sampling of chemical composition, the supplier shall take 1 sample from each furnace during the melting and casting process, and the buyer shall take 1 sample from each batch of wires at random. 6.4.2 For room temperature tensile test, 2 rolls (axles) of wire shall be taken from each batch, and 1 sample shall be taken from each roll (axle) at 1m away from the wire end. The sample shall comply with the provisions of GB6397, and the sample number is R17. 6.4.3 For repeated bending tests, 2 rolls (axles) of wire shall be taken from each batch, and 1 sample shall be taken from each roll (axle) at 1m away from the wire end. 6.4.4 The supplier may not conduct wire fracture test, but must ensure. 6.4.5 The measurement of the overall dimensions and the inspection of the surface quality shall be carried out roll by roll (axis).5 Repeated test If even one sample fails the test result, double the number of samples should be taken from the batch to retest the failed item. If even one sample fails the retest result, the whole batch shall be scrapped or inspected roll by roll. The qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage Marking, packaging, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8888.
