Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rigid polyvinyl chloride adhesive socket pipe fittings made of polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw material and added with necessary additives through injection molding. The pipe fittings specified in this standard are used in conjunction with the pipes specified in GB 5836.1-92. This standard applies to pipe fittings for drainage in civil buildings. Under the condition of considering the chemical resistance and temperature resistance of the material, it can also be used for industrial drainage pipe fittings. This standard adopts the international standard ISO3633 "Specification for Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC-U) Pipes and Fittings for Sewage and Wastewater Systems in Buildings" (first edition in 1991).
1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride adhesive socket fittings (hereinafter referred to as fittings) made of polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw material, with necessary additives added, and injection molded. The fittings specified in this standard are used in conjunction with the pipes specified in GB5836.1-92. This standard applies to drainage fittings in civil buildings. It can also be used for industrial drainage fittings under the condition of considering the chemical resistance and temperature resistance of the materials.
