GB/T27050.2—2006/ISO/IEC17050-2:2004ISO/IEC Foreword
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) have established a professional system for global standardization. The national member bodies of ISO and IEC participate in the formulation of international standards through technical committees established by ISO and IEC for technical activities in specific fields. The technical committees of ISO and IEC cooperate in areas of common interest. Other governmental and non-governmental international organizations that maintain liaison with ISO and IEC also participate in this work. In the field of conformity assessment, ISO's Conformity Assessment Committee (CASCO) is responsible for the formulation of international standards and guidelines.
International standards are drafted according to the rules in Part 2 of the ISO/IEC Directives. Draft international standards are circulated to national member bodies for voting. Draft international standards are published as international standards only if they are approved by at least 75% of the national member bodies voting on them. Attention should be drawn to the fact that some of the contents of this standard may involve patent rights. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) shall not be held responsible for identifying any such patent rights.
ISO/IEC 17050-2 was prepared by the ISO Committee on Conformity Assessment (CASCO). This standard was reviewed and voted on by the national member bodies of ISO and IEC and approved by both organizations. ISO/IEC 17050-2, together with the first edition of ISO/IEC 17050-1, replaces ISO/IEC Guide 22 (1996) "General criteria for supplier's declaration of conformity", the second edition, and Guide 22 is cancelled. Under the general title of "Conformity assessment - supplier's declaration of conformity", ISO/IEC 17050 consists of the following two parts: - Part 1: General requirements;
- Part 2: Supporting documents.
GB/T27050.2--2006/IS0/IEC17050-2:2004
The supplier's declaration of conformity is a form of proof of conformity in order to meet the requirements of the market and regulatory authorities or institutions and gain their trust. Maintaining and providing documented information as the basis for the supplier's declaration when required can improve the acceptance of the supplier's declaration of conformity. This part of GB/T27050 specifies the requirements for supporting documents for the supplier's declaration of conformity. In addition to enhancing the trust in the supplier's declaration of conformity, these documents can also provide assistance to relevant government departments in their supervision activities. Regardless of the industry involved, suppliers may be required to have the responsibility to strictly verify the compliance of products (including services), processes, management systems, personnel or institutions with specified requirements (which may include normative documents such as standards, guidelines, technical specifications, laws and regulations). 1 Scope
GB/T27050.2-2006/1S0/IEC17050-2:2004 Conformity assessment Supplier's declaration of conformity
Part 2: Supporting documents
This part of GB/T27050 specifies the general requirements for supporting documents to substantiate the supplier's declaration of conformity as described in GB/T27050.1.
In this part of GB/T27050, the object of the declaration of conformity may be a product, process, management system, person or organization. Where appropriate, "declaration of conformity" may be used instead of "supplier's declaration of conformity". 2 Normative references
The following references are indispensable for the application of this standard. For dated references, only the version mentioned applies. For undated references, the latest version of the referenced document (including all its amendments) applies. 3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions given in GB/T27000—2006 apply to this part of GB/T27050. Note 1: "Supplier's declaration of conformity" refers to the "declaration" defined in GB/T27000-2006, that is, the first-party certification. Note 2: In order to avoid confusion with the certification made by the certification body, the term "self-certification" is not recommended and should not be used. 4 General requirementsbZxz.net
