Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the types, basic parameters, dimensions, technical requirements and relevant use regulations for hand holes for necked flat welding flanges made of carbon steel and low alloy steel.
This standard applies to hand holes for necked flat welding flanges with nominal pressure PN1.0～1.6MPa and working temperature limited to the range specified in Table 3-2 according to material category.
Note: The working temperature in Table 3-2 is only applicable to the pressure-bearing parts of the handball, excluding gaskets. The working temperature of the gasket should be determined according to the corresponding gasket standard.

If there are special requirements, changes are allowed, but the changed H1 size must be indicated and the total mass of the hand hole must be corrected. ② The nominal diameters in brackets in the table should not be used as much as possible. 148

The technical requirements for hand holes shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 "Technical Conditions" in HG21514. 149

The hand hole of a flat-welded flange with a nominal pressure of PN1.0, a nominal diameter of DN250, Hi-190, an RF sealing surface, and straight materials, and the gasket is an asbestos rubber sheet, and the specified marking symbol is: Hand hole RF (A·G) 250-1.0HG21530-9 For the above hand hole with 5H=220 (non-standard push size), the specified marking symbol is: Hand hole RFI (A·G) 250-1.0H-220HG21530-95150
