This standard specifies the general technical provisions for pneumatic components for oil drilling and production equipment. 3.1 Working environment conditions
Pneumatic components should be able to work normally under the following environmental conditions: a. Ambient temperature: -40~60°C;
b. Relative humidity: ≤90%;

3.2 Working medium and conditions

Pneumatic components shall be subjected to temperature resistance tests. Placed in an environment of -40\C and +60°C for 6 hours respectively, its performance shall still comply with the relevant provisions of SY5283 after the test.
4 Test conditions
4.1 Test medium
4.1.1 The test medium shall be compressed air that has been dried and purified. 4.1.2 Medium temperature: 0~50\C.
4,1.3 Medium pressure: The medium pressure shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards, and the allowable pressure fluctuation value shall be ≤ 4%. 4.2 Environmental conditions

.4,3 Test instruments and meters
4.3.1 The range and resolution of the test instruments and meters shall comply with the provisions of the standards. 4.3.2 The test instruments, meters and test equipment shall be calibrated by the statutory metrology verification agency and shall have a valid verification certificate.

5.1 Processing of parts

5.2 Assembly
Parts can be assembled only after they have passed the inspection. 5.2.21
All parts should be cleaned of burrs and scrubbed clean before assembly, and the mating surfaces should be coated with clean lubricating oil. 5.2.3

6.1 Factory inspection
6,1.1 The inspection shall be carried out by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer or by other units entrusted to it. SY/T5043-93
6.1,2 Factory inspection items are divided into two categories: mandatory inspection and random inspection. The items for random inspection and mandatory inspection should be indicated in the product standards. .6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out when any of the following situations occurs: a. Trial design and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b.
After formal production, the structure, materials and processes have changed significantly, which may affect the product performance; during normal production, an inspection shall be carried out periodically after a certain amount of production has been accumulated; c.
d. When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e. When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.2.2 Pneumatic components for type inspection shall be randomly selected, and the quantity shall be 3 units (pieces), one of which shall be subject to full-item inspection, and the rest shall be subject to performance inspection only. If one unit (piece) does not meet the requirements during the inspection, double the number of units shall be selected for re-inspection. If all the re-inspected samples meet the requirements, the product shall be considered qualified except for the unqualified samples sampled for the first time. If there is any re-inspection If the product fails to meet the standard, the batch of products shall be deemed to have failed the type inspection.
Marking, packaging and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1, 1 Pneumatic components shall have a nameplate with beautiful appearance, clear lines and appropriate size, and fixed at an appropriate position on the shell. 7.1.2 The nameplate shall include the following contents:
a: Name and model of the pneumatic component;
b: Main technical parameters of the pneumatic component (nominal diameter, nominal pressure , cylinder bore and stroke) C. Manufacturer name or registered trademark;
d. Year and month of manufacture.
For micro and small pneumatic components, at least the manufacturer name or registered trademark should be indicated. 7.1.3 For pneumatic components with directional requirements, arrows or other symbols should be used to indicate them at appropriate locations. 7.1.4 The air ports of pneumatic components should have obvious permanent markings. The letter symbols of the air ports are as follows:

7.3.1 Pneumatic components should be stored in a dry, ventilated room without corrosive media.
