3 General provisions

3.1 This regulation makes basic requirements for the use and management of plastic calendering equipment and its safety protection devices.
3.2 Non-regulatory plastic calendering equipment refers to an open plastic purifying machine and calendering machine with two or more cylindrical rollers rotating in opposite directions, which mix or calender plastics under the heating and rolling action of the rollers. 4 General requirements
4.1 Requirements for plastic calendering equipment
4.1.1 Plastic calendering equipment (hereinafter referred to as equipment) should be equipment with advanced design, reasonable structure and reliable and sensitive safety protection devices:
4.1.1.1 Equipment manufacturers should ensure the advanced nature of equipment and the reliability of safety and anti-expansion devices throughout the entire process of product design, manufacturing, assembly and (comparison) inspection. 4.1.1.2 All equipment designed, manufactured or modified by the unit should meet the requirements of Article 4.1.1.1. 4.1.2 The equipment should be kept in good condition, and the technical files should be complete and standardized. 4.1.2.1 The department that uses the equipment should implement a planned pre-maintenance system or conduct preventive repairs and condition monitoring to keep the equipment in good technical condition.
4.1.2.2 The main contents of the technical files of each equipment should include: equipment manual, factory certificate, packing list, original data on equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance, transfer to fixed assets, spare parts catalog, wearing parts catalog, repair and precision inspection records, accident records, etc. 4.1.2.3 The equipment's random items and accessories must be complete and intact. 4.1.3 The equipment's engine, electric control cabinet (sequence) screen metal shell and power line metal filter sleeve, etc. must have good grounding and zero protection.

4.1.3.1 The protective grounding or zeroing wire should have sufficient strength and cross-section, reliable connection, and the grounding resistance value should not be greater than. 4.1.3.2 The wires on the equipment and racks must be protected by casings, and wires of different voltages should be laid in separate pipes. 4.1.4 The installation of various electrical control panels and operating consoles of the equipment shall comply with the provisions of GRJ232. 4.1.5 The electrical buttons for start, stop and emergency brake should have obvious colors and icons, and have different colors from the installation panels.
4.2 Requirements for operators
4.2.1 Should be in good health and keep their jobs relatively stable. 4.2.1.1 Women who are 7 months pregnant to 4 months postpartum should be transferred from equipment operation positions. 4.2.1.2 The elderly, weak, sick and disabled who are not suitable for job operation and those who have occupational diseases should be transferred in time. 4.2.2 New workers should be trained in operation techniques by a dedicated person, and the training and supervision operation internship period shall not be less than 8 months. After passing the examination: they can work independently with a certificate. 4.2.3 One operator and one maintenance person shall be responsible for regular job safety education, professional skills training and assessment every year. 4.3 Requirements for workshop environment
4.3.1 Equipment layout shall comply with the principle of reasonable process and convenient operation. The floor of the workshop shall be flat and the passage shall be unobstructed. 4.3.1.7 Equipment must be installed in accordance with the "process flow chart" and "equipment layout and elevation drawing". 4.3.1.2 Materials and finished products can be temporarily stored in the designated area of ​​the workshop, but shall not be stored in the workshop passage, equipment, motors and electrical control cabinets.
4.3.2 Ventilation devices shall be installed inside the workshop and on the upper part of the equipment according to the requirements of Section 1 of Section 3 of TI36 to make the concentration of dust and organic substances in the workshop air less than the maximum allowable concentration specified in the standard. 4.3.3 The curtain cooling device installed inside the workshop shall comply with the requirements of Section 2 of Section 3 of TI36. 4.3.4 The lighting of the workshop shall meet the requirements of "Lighting Grade V" specified in TJ33, and the lighting of the working surface of the car shall meet the requirements of "IV Grade A" in TJ33.
4.3.4.1 The lighting fixtures attached to the equipment rack shall be controlled and use safe voltage (below 36V). 5 Safety protection devices
5.1 Protective cover
5.1.1 The exposed transmission parts of the equipment shall be equipped with protective covers that meet safety requirements and are easy to maintain. 5.1.2 The transmission parts of large equipment shall be equipped with protective railings with a height of not less than 1.05m. 5.2 Emergency brake device
5.2.1 The integrity and reliability of the emergency brake device shall be considered when designing and manufacturing the equipment. When the equipment is inspected, its braking performance shall meet the design standards, and the test data shall be recorded in the "factory certificate". 5.2.2 The installation position of the emergency brake device must be convenient for the operator to rescue. Once the emergency braking device of the equipment is activated, the entire equipment will be immediately emergency braked. When the equipment is restarted, it must be manually restarted and there must be no automatic reset and start-up action. 5.2.3 Emergency braking device of open mill 5.2.3.1 The emergency braking of this type of equipment has the following forms: a. 6.1 The number of operators of any material calender equipment shall not be less than two people, and it is strictly forbidden to operate without supervision. 6.2 Workers operating the equipment must wear labor protection equipment correctly. (2)
6.3 Operators shall not carry metal products on their bodies. 6.4 Operators shall carefully check the materials put into the equipment. In normal production, if foreign objects are found in the material container or materials, the machine shall be stopped for cleaning.
6.5 On the calender with manual feeding, wood or plastic materials should be used as special tools to push the material roll. It is strictly forbidden to push with fingers:

When wiping the rollers at a reduced speed, the following should be noted: a. The operator's fingertips should face the opposite direction of the roller's rotation direction, and the distance from the roller gap should be greater than the maximum allowable braking and stopping distance of the equipment; b. The angle between the operator's finger and the roller's rotation direction should not be less than 120 degrees; c. Do not use cotton yarn; d. When using low-melting-point materials to melt the rollers, prevent burns due to co-melting. 69 When the traction operation is carried out in the calendering auxiliary machine, there should be no workers, including supervisors. The supervisor should be able to observe the operation of the operator and quickly operate the emergency brake device of the equipment.
6.9.1 For large calendering machines, there should be at least 8 workers in the traction operation, including 2 workers and 1 supervisor. 6.9.2 The supervisor is responsible for safety matters.
7 Safety management
7.1 Preliminary safety management
7.11 The safety department should participate in the technical demonstration of equipment selection and installation plan, and put forward opinions on safety work. 7.1.2 The safety and technical department should participate in the equipment completion acceptance work, and inspect and adjust the emergency brake device of the equipment. 7.2 Safety management of normal production
7.2.1 The safety and epidemic prevention department shall regularly check the thorough implementation of the safe operation procedures, and the safety officers of the workshops and teams shall be responsible for daily safety work.
7.2.2 The operation positions of the equipment are allowed to implement a two-person post rotation system (one operator, -one supervisor +), with rotation every 30 days (or 15 days). However, it is strictly forbidden for one person to operate without supervision. 7.2.3 The technical files of the equipment shall include: the form of safety protection equipment: installation position; inspection and commissioning records, accident records, etc. The safety and technology department shall conduct regular supervision and inspection.
7.2.4 Operators shall conduct equipment inspection and maintenance in accordance with relevant regulations. Maintenance workers shall conduct inspections according to the inspection contents and actively carry out status monitoring.
7.2.5 Workers are strictly prohibited from operating in violation of regulations or performing maintenance in violation of regulations. It is strictly forbidden for management personnel at all levels to give illegal commands. 7.3 Safety management of equipment maintenance
7.3.1 Before maintenance, the power supply should be cut off and a safety sign of "Someone is repairing, do not close" should be posted at the workstation. Work can only be started after all moving parts of the equipment have stopped moving. 7.3.2 Before maintenance, the overweight equipment to be repaired should be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of CB6067. 7.3.3 When repairing the heating system components or when it is necessary to remove the heating system components before repairing other parts, the main door of the heating system should be closed first, and work can only be carried out after the system is depressurized and cooled down. 7.3.4 For maintenance work, if the equipment needs to be moved, at least 8 people should cooperate with the work, of which 1 person should be responsible for command and responsible for safety matters

7.3.5 The safety and technology department shall assign personnel to be responsible for the safety of equipment overhaul work. 7.3.6 During maintenance, if the safety cover or protective bracket of the equipment needs to be repaired or disassembled, the person shall be responsible for restoring the equipment to its original state after the repair work is completed. The emergency brake device shall be debugged to meet the original standard. 7.4 The safety and technology department shall participate in the technical demonstration of equipment overhaul and transformation plans. 7.5 For equipment that does not meet the requirements of the regulations, the safety and technology departments at all levels shall supervise and assist the equipment department to make rectifications. If the equipment and personal safety are endangered by the refusal to make rectifications or delay in making rectifications, the safety and technology department shall take precautions, seal off the equipment, and make rectifications within a time limit.
