National Standard of the People's Republic of China Information processing-SGML support facilities Registration procedures for public test owner identifiersGB/T 155371995 ISo 9070--1990 This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO9070-1990 "Information processing-SGML support facilities-Registration procedures for public test owner identifiers". 1 Scope This standard is used to assign unique owner headers to owners of public texts that conform to GB/T 14814. It describes the procedures for making assignments and the method of constructing registered owner identifiers from these assignments. It also specifies the procedures for standard bodies and other organizations to assign owner headers on their own. Note: Examples of registered public texts are given in Appendix A (reference), and further examples can be found in the appendices of GB/T 14814. 2 Referenced standards Parts of the following standards become relevant provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is issued, these standard versions are valid. All standards are subject to revision, so the units using this standard should study the possibility of adopting the latest versions of the following standards. Each unit should pay attention to collecting the latest versions of relevant standards. GB2659 Code for the names of countries and regions in the world GB4880 Code for the names of languages GB/T14814-93 Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) for Information Processing Texts and Office Systems GB/T15536 SGMI Support Facility for Information Processing SGML Document Interchange Format (SDIF) SJ/Z9090 Structure of Data Interchange Organization Identifiers 3 Terminology The terms given in GB/T14814 and the following terms apply to this standard. Registered owner prefix registered owner prefix identifies the specific owner of the public text and is a character sequence assigned according to the procedures defined in this standard. 4 Notation The grammatical productions in this standard follow the notation used in GB/T14814. Syntax variables and constants not defined in this standard are defined in GB/T14814. 5 Owner identifier A formal public identifier that begins with a registered owner identifier shall have a registered owner header, and its owner identifier shall be constructed in accordance with this standard. Note: The syntax of the entire formal public identifier is specified in CB/T14814. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 5, 1995 and implemented on December 1, 1995 5.1 Owner identifier construction GB/T15537—1995wwW.bzxz.Net Owned identifiers shall be constructed in accordance with the following grammatical productions: [1] Owner identifier—Registered owner header, assigned owner name? [2] Assigned owner name = (*/\, name characters +) + If necessary, the owner can add the assigned owner name after the registered owner header. Note: (i) The first name of the assigned owner should be the three-character country code of the owner's country, as specified in GB2659. ② It should be noted that the owner identifier should not be too long, otherwise it will be difficult to form a meaningful text identifier that does not violate the length limit of public identifiers in GB/T11814. () It is recommended that the owner adopt certain system conventions when generating the assigned owner name, such as using a hierarchical allocation method to more accurately identify the owner step by step. 5.2 Registered Owner Header [3]] Registered Owner Header - Header Assigned by Administration | Self-Assigned Header Standard Group Header L-] Header Assigned by Administration Digit, Name Characters*[5] Self-Assigned Header = "ICD", Number, \]", Organization Code [6] Organization Code - Name Characters + [?] Standard Group Header (UCLetter|LCLetter) + Any two registered owner headers are different. The header assigned by the administration is assigned to the applicant by ISO or the national registration administration. The assigned header can be used by the owner with an organization code assigned in accordance with SJ/Z9090. It should consist of the international code indicator and the organization code. Note that the international code indicator is a 4-digit mathematical number and the organization code is a sequence of 1 to 14 characters. The standard group header can be used by recognized standards bodies. It should be composed of the official abbreviation or the first letters of the standards body. Note: ① Examples: AFNOR, ANSI, CCITT.DIN. ② For public texts based on standards, public identifiers should be established in a manner similar to that specified in 1-GB/T14814. 5.3 Registration procedures Registration Administration 1 should: ·Accept requests from the Administration to allocate owner headers; ·Publish the headers allocated by the Administration. : The Registration Administration should adopt a simple procedure for allocating headers, such as a sequential numbering scheme. Adoption instructions: 1 For IS()9070, according to the appointment and working rules of the Registration Administration in the ISU Guidelines, The IS0 Council has designated the American National Standards Institute (AVSI) as the registration authority. For this standard, the registration authority will be designated by the national technical supervision bureau or relevant department. Syntax of A1 form public identifier The components of the form public identifier are: · Owner identifier; · Text identifier. The components of the text identifier are as follows: ■ Public text class (required) · Restricted text indicator (optional) · Public text description (required); GB/T 15537-.-1995 Appendix A Formal public identifier examples (reference) · Public text language (required, character set exception):, public text display version (optional). The assignment of the above components shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T14814. If the owner identifier is to be registered, it shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures described in this standard. The public text class identifies the specific category of SGML components defined in GB/T14814 to which the public text belongs. Only when the owner does not want the public text to be used for general purposes, the restricted text indicator is added before the public text description. The public text description is the unique noun assigned by the owner to a particular item of the public text. The public text language is a two-character identifier of the basic natural language used to interpret the public text. This two-character identifier should be specified in accordance with GB 4880. The public text display version is a character sequence used to indicate the relevant equipment that can be displayed when the public text is submitted to the display interface. For details, see GB/T 14814. Construction of A2-form public identifier For examples of convenient formal public identifiers, see the appendix of GB/T 14814, especially Appendix D and E (reference). The following is an example of a fictitious owner using the registered owner header to construct a formal public identifier. The owner, Perfect Publishing, applied to the ISO Registration Authority and was subsequently registered with the owner prefix \1054". The owner: UK Branch, following the recommended convention, decided that all assigned owner names would begin with \/GBR/PFRFECT\. The owner decided to create two identifiable groups of public text: one related to the automation class and the other related to the telephone directory. The owner gave these two groups additional names \/AUTO\ and \/PHONE\, so the entire owner identifier is constructed as follows; +//1054/GBR/PERFECT/AUTC +//1051/GBR/PERFECT/PHONF For the automation class, the public text includes a document type definition and a special notation called \Autolino\. This notation is proprietary,Therefore, they cannot be shared. The public identifier is: *+//1054/GBR/PERFECT/AUTO//DTD Auto Parts Catalogue//EN\\+//1054/GBR/PERFECT/AUTO//NOTATION—//Autoling0//EN* For the telephone directory class, the owner wishes to identify the entity set and the convenience reference set. Both are public, but the entity set is a character entity set with two forms, one form that is device-independent and the other that is device-dependent for videotex control and Goodyear phototypesetting devices. The formal public identifier is: ++//1054/GBR/PERFECT/PHONE//SHORTREF Directury Symbols//EN\GB/T15537-1995 \+//1054/GBR/PERFECT/PHONE//ENTITIES Directury symbols//EN\+//1054/GBR/PERFECT/PHONE//ENTITIES Directory symbols//EN//Videotex\*+//1054/GBR/PERFECT/PHONE//ENTITIES Directory symbols//EN//Gutenberg\Appendix B Suggestions for the use of public texts (Reference) Public texts may be available to general users or may be restricted. If restricted, this shall be indicated by the text identifier of the formal public identifier. It is recommended that publicly available text should normally consist of a transport profile that conforms to the document type definition given in Figure B1. This profile should use the base concrete syntax of SGML. *1 ELEMENT publie Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
