The specification for package mark, transportation and storage of adhesive products This standard applies to the packaging, marking, transportation and storage of adhesive products. UDC 668.3.004
GB 2944 -82
Adhesive products include adhesive liquid, adhesive film, adhesive tape, adhesive particles and paste products, which can be handled separately according to the physical properties, chemical properties and quality requirements of each product. Generally, adhesive products are treated as general chemical products. For flammable, toxic and harmful adhesive products, protective measures should be taken and they should be handled in accordance with the "Dangerous Goods Transport Rules" of the Ministry of Transport. 1 Packaging
1.1 The packaging materials used for adhesive products should not have physical and chemical reactions with the adhesive products and affect the quality of the products and packaging.
1.2 Adhesive products can be placed in containers made of metal, plastic or glass materials. The tapes and films should be wrapped with appropriate isolation layers and appropriate films to prevent damage. The packaging container should be intact. 1.3 The packaging containers of adhesive products containing flammable solvents must be sealed and secure, and comply with the relevant packaging regulations in the "Dangerous Goods Transport Rules" formulated by the Ministry of Railways.
1.4 The inner packaging of toxic and harmful adhesive products should have the sealing label of the manufacturer. 1.5 When adhesive products containing solvents are loaded into containers, necessary safety space should be left in the container. 1.6 In principle, the inner packaging of multiple packaging adhesive products should adopt the same packaging form. 1.7 When the packaging container is reused, it must meet the packaging quality requirements of the newly loaded adhesive products. 1.8 According to the size of the packaging unit, the packaging form can be divided into three types: inner packaging, middle packaging and outer packaging. 1.8, 1 Inner packaging form: glass bottle, plastic bottle, safe bottle, multi-layer aluminum-plastic composite material tube, aluminum, tin metal tube, plastic bag; metal Xi, etc.
1.8.2 Secondary packaging:
1.8.2.1 Adhesive products of the same type that have been packed in inner packaging can be packed together in paper boxes, wooden boxes or other packaging containers of other materials, so as to facilitate packing, unpacking or direct carrying in outer packaging. 1.8.2.2 Adhesive products that use safe bottles, aluminum-plastic multilayer composite tubes, aluminum, tin and other metal tubes, and plastic bags as inner packaging should be cushioned with soft materials in the secondary packaging.
1.8.3 External packaging:
1.B.3.1 Adhesive products that have been packed in inner packaging or secondary packaging can be packed together in wooden boxes, corrugated boxes, wicker boxes or full-bottomed cage wooden boxes and other containers. The gaps in the boxes should be filled with soft materials. 1.8.8.2 Adhesive products with large packaging units can be directly packed in metal barrels for transportation. 1.9 The size of the packaging unit can be determined according to the relevant regulations of the transportation department and the supply and demand parties under the principle of ensuring storage and transportation safety. 2 Marking
2.1 Each package of adhesive products must be marked. 2.2 Marking content:
2.2.1 Adhesive name and brand. If there is a trademark, it should also be indicated. State Administration of Standards 1982-03-12 Issued
19 Table 3 -02 -01 Implementation
2.2.2 Production unit name.
2.2.3 Weight, outer packaging should indicate the number of packages. 2.2.4 Production batch number and production month.
2.2.5 Instructions for use.
GB 2944—82
2.2.6 Adhesive products that are flammable, toxic, or harmful should have dangerous goods signs. The signs should be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB190-73 "Dangerous Goods Packaging Marking" and indicate the number of the "Dangerous Goods Transportation Regulations". 2.2.7 Storage period and some storage conditions and necessary diagrams. 2.2.8 The signs should be placed in a conspicuous position on each adhesive product package. 2.2.9 The words and patterns of the signs must be printed clearly and neatly. Except for the production batch number and production date, other contents shall not be marked or written. The paste must be firm and remain intact and clear. 2.2.10 When each batch of adhesive products is delivered to the user unit, a product inspection certificate shall be attached. 2.2.11 If the inner packaging container is too small to accommodate the above-mentioned signs, the contents of 2.2.5 to 2.2.7 can also be marked on the packaging. 3 Transportation and storage
3.1: Before storing and transporting adhesive products, verify that the packaging containers are leak-proof. 3.2 Adhesive products should be handled with care during transportation and loading and unloading. Adhesive products containing flammable solvents should be prevented from movement, impact, heavy pressure, friction and inversion. Sparks are strictly prohibited during operation. Keep away from fire and heat sources, and necessary fire-fighting equipment should be installed. 9.3 When adhesive products are transported and stored, they must be classified and stacked in batches according to their properties. 34 When storing adhesive products in warehouses, the relevant provisions of the "Warehouse Fire Safety Management Rules" of the Ministry of Public Security should be implemented. 3.5 The storage of adhesive products has different requirements for temperature, humidity, light avoidance, ventilation, etc., and they should be stored in accordance with the storage conditions required by each. Storage in the warehouse is required during transportation. 3.6: For adhesives with a shelf life, the storage conditions shall be clearly stated and the storage period shall be clearly specified. The storage period shall be calculated from the date of production of the adhesive product. Adhesive products that exceed the storage period shall be handled according to their respective technical conditions. Standard Supplementary Part
4.1 Any matters not covered in this standard may be supplemented in the relevant product standards, or resolved by agreement between the consignor and the consignee in accordance with relevant regulations under the principle of ensuring the quality of the adhesive product and the safety of storage and transportation.
