If the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be reported to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and buyer shall negotiate to resolve it. If arbitration is required, the supplier and buyer shall jointly take samples at the buyer's side. 5.3 The products shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of powders of the same brand and category, with a batch size of no more than 400kg. 5.4 The sampling method for random inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB5314-85 "Sampling method for powder metallurgy powder" 5.5 If the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, double sampling shall be taken for the items that do not meet the requirements of this standard in the batch for re-inspection. If one of the results still does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 6 Packaging, storage, transportation, marking and quality certificate 6.1 The product must be dry before being packed into a hard container. The packaging should be tight to prevent moisture and leakage. 6.2 The product should be packaged in four specifications: 1kg, 2kg, 5kg and 10kg. 6.3 The name and trademark of the supplier, the name of the product, the brand and category, and the word "moisture-proof" or logo should be marked on the packaging container. Each batch of powder should be accompanied by a product quality certificate, which should indicate: 6.4 Supplier name and trademark; Product name; Brand and category; Batch number; Net weight; All inspection results and the stamp of the technical supervision department; packaging date; This label number. 6.5 Pay attention to moisture-proof when transporting the product. The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated place without acid or alkali atmosphere to prevent oxidation. 6.6 Additional Notes: This standard was drafted by Hunan Metallurgical Materials Research Institute.
