1.1Nickel-based spray alloy powder refers to an alloy powder based on nickel and containing appropriate amounts of carbon, chromium, iron, silicon, boron, aluminum and other elements, which forms a coating without remelting after spraying.
1.2Oxygen-acetylene flame powder spraying refers to a surface repair and strengthening technology that uses oxygen-acetylene flame as a heat source to spray the spray powder in a molten, semi-molten or softened state after passing through the flame zone on the surface of the workpiece to form a coating mainly based on mechanical bonding. 2Varieties
Nickel-based spray alloy powder is divided into three grades according to chemical composition and performance: FPTN-150, FPTN-200 and FPTN-250, see Table 1. Table 1

5 Inspection rules
5.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard and fill in the quality certificate. 5.2 The buyer shall inspect the product in time after receiving it. If the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be reported to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and buyer shall negotiate to resolve it. If arbitration is required, the supplier and buyer shall jointly take samples at the buyer's side. 5.3 The products shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of powders of the same brand and category, with a batch size of no more than 400kg. 5.4 The sampling method for random inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB5314-85 "Sampling method for powder metallurgy powder" 5.5 If the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, double sampling shall be taken for the items that do not meet the requirements of this standard in the batch for re-inspection. If one of the results still does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 6
Packaging, storage, transportation, marking and quality certificate 6.1 The product must be dry before being packed into a hard container. The packaging should be tight to prevent moisture and leakage. 6.2 The product should be packaged in four specifications: 1kg, 2kg, 5kg and 10kg. 6.3
