Some standard content:

National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Inspection of grain and oilseeds
Inspection of fresh sweet potatoMethods for inspection of fresh sweet potatoThis standard applies to the inspection of the quality of commercial fresh sweet potatoes. 1 Sampling method
1.1 The number of samples for packaging is as follows:
10 packages or less: 1 sample package number, 100 samples; 11 to 30 packages: 2 sample packages, 200 samples; 31 to 50 packages: 3 sample packages, 300 samples; 51 to 100 packages: 4 sample packages, 400 samples; More than 100 packages: 1 additional package for every additional 50 packages, 50 samples. GB/T5501-85
1.2 Sampling: Take representative samples from the required packages without selection according to the specified number. 1.3 The quantity of bulk samples is stipulated as follows:
Fresh potato weight below 250kg: 1 sample of 100 pieces; 251-500kg: 2 samples of 200 pieces; 501-2500kg: 3 samples of 300 pieces; 2501-5000kg: 4 samples of 400 pieces; above 5000kg, for every additional 2500kg, 1 additional sample of 50 pieces is required. 1.4 Samples: According to the number of samples to be collected, select a few places in the pile and dig out representative samples without selection (do not damage the potato skin).
Inspection of impurities
For packaged fresh potatoes, first weigh the total weight of each package (weight without skin), then turn the package upside down to separate the floating soil and other impurities from the tubers, and then weigh the tubers. Subtract the weight of the tubers from the total weight to get the weight of floating soil and other impurities (floating soil and other impurities are not inspected for bulk). Then gently peel off the soil from the tubers of the sample (do not damage the potato skin) and weigh it. According to formulas (1) and (2) ) Calculate the percentage of mud and impurities on the tubers respectively:
Tuber mud (%) =
Impurities (%) =
Wherein: W1-
Tuber mud weight, g;
Sample weight, g;
Weight of impurities such as floating soil, g;
Total sample weight, g.
3 Inspection of incomplete tubers
((2)
According to the provisions of the quality standard, remove incomplete tubers and calculate the percentage according to the number using formula (3): M1
Incomplete tubers (%) = -
. (3)
Where: M1—number of incomplete tubers;
M—number of samples.
Inspection of complete tubers
Select the tubers that meet the requirements of complete tubers from the sample, separate the large and small pieces according to the weight required by the quality standard, and calculate the percentage according to the number using formula (4):
Number of large (small) pieces (%) = -
-×100...wwW.bzxz.Net
Where: M2—large (small ) Number of complete tubers; M Number of samples.
The above test results are valid for one time. In case of dispute, another sample can be taken and tested once, and the re-test result shall prevail without repeating the test.
