This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of multilayer coextruded barrier films for packaging (hereinafter referred to as coextruded films). This standard applies to multi-layer composite packaging films with barrier properties produced by co-extrusion of barrier resins such as ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), polyvinyl dichloride (PVDC), polyamide (PA) and other resins, except for pharmaceutical packaging. 2 Normative references

Multi-layer co-extruded barrier film
Multi-layer co-extruded barrier filmThe multi-layer composite film obtained by using multiple extruders to extrude the melt of barrier resin and other resins through a common die head is called multi-layer co-extruded barrier film.
Product classification
Co-extruded film is divided into three categories according to the type of barrier layer resin, A, B, and C, as shown in Table 1. Table 1 Product classification

5.5 Heavy metal content

6 Test method
6.1 Sample state adjustment and test standard environment requirements
Total content 100mg/kg
The sample state adjustment and test standard environment shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2918. The sample pretreatment time under standard environment conditions shall be more than 4h. The test environment conditions are temperature 23℃±2°C and relative humidity 50%±10%. 6.2 Dimensions and specifications
6.2.1 Width.
Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6673-2001. 6.2.2 Thickness.
Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6672-2001. The limit deviation of thickness shall be calculated according to formula (1): At = tmx(tmin)-

6.3 Appearance

Bubble, perforation, rupture, water mark, cloud, streak, rib, flatness, surface scratch and pollution items in the appearance requirements shall be visually inspected under natural light. The size of "fish eye" and "lump" and impurities shall be inspected with a 10-degree magnifying glass, calculated by the maximum length, and the sampling area shall not be less than 1m2.
6.4 Physical and mechanical properties test
6.4.1 Tensile strength test.

The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T13022--1991. The specimen is a V-shaped specimen with a width of 15mm, a jaw distance of 50mm for the tensile testing machine, and a test speed of 250mm/min±25mm/min. 6.4.2 Heat seal strength test.
Test in accordance with the provisions of QE/T2358-1998. 6.4.3 Tear load test.
Test in accordance with the provisions of QB/T1130-1991. 6.4.4 Puncture resistance test.
Test in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A.
6.4.5 Dart impact quality test:
Test in accordance with the provisions of CB/T9639-1988. 6.4.6 Peel strength test.
Test in accordance with the provisions of GB/T8808-1988. 6.4.7 Light transmittance and haze test.
Perform the test in accordance with the provisions of CB/T2410-1980. 6.4.8 Oxygen permeability test.
Perform the test in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1038--2000. 6.4.9 Water vapor permeability test.
Perform the test in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1037-1988. The test conditions are temperature 38T ± 0.6℃, relative humidity 90% ± 2%. 6.5 Hygienic performance test
Product sensory requirements and soaking liquid requirements are inspected by visual inspection and membrane inspection. Other items are tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5009.60-2003: 6.6 Heavy metal content test
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B.
7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
7.1.1 Delivery inspection
Inspect the product specifications, dimensions and appearance according to the requirements of 5.1 and 5.2, and inspect the peel strength according to the requirements in Table 11 of 5.3.1.
7.1.2 Type inspection
: Type inspection shall be carried out when any of the following situations occurs: 8) Identification of new product production;
b) When the structure, process or material changes; c) During normal production, an inspection shall be carried out once a year; d) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e)
When there is a significant difference between the delivery inspection result and the last type inspection; When the national quality supervision agency or the user makes a request.
