With the development of intellectual property, the scope of intellectual property is constantly expanding, the number of related literature information is growing sharply, and the terminology of intellectual property literature information is also enriching and developing. However, due to the lack of standardization of basic terms in this field and the lack of uniformity in meaning, the accurate communication and use of intellectual property literature information are affected. In order to standardize the use of basic terms in the field of intellectual property, it is necessary to formulate relevant terminology standards and clarify their meanings.
The formulation and promotion of this standard will facilitate the understanding and use of intellectual property-related literature and information by the majority of intellectual property authors, and play a positive role in promoting the exchange, dissemination and use of intellectual property literature and information. 1 Scope
