5 Technical requirements
51 The material of the drill is 45# high-quality carbon structural steel specified in CB699 and is made of other materials not lower than the technical requirements specified in the standard:
5.2 The wood drill blade should be sharp and should not have dull mouth, burnout, curling and other phenomena. The vertical edge should be high → cutting edge. 6.2 The roughness of the surface of the threaded bar shall be compared with the roughness sample block of the machine. 6.3 The taper angle of the screw shall be tested with a special plate. The type and size of the special plate are shown in Appendix A (Supplement). 6.4 Drilling test
The hole test of woodworking drill and electric woodworking drill is carried out by hand on the knotless wood with thickness of 50mm and 15mm and moisture content not more than 20%. The number of holes is three. The drill chips should be discharged smoothly through the spiral groove during drilling. The technical pins after the test meet the requirements of 5.8.
6.5 The coaxiality tolerance of woodworking drill after drilling should meet the following formula: DED+A

7 Inspection rules
7.1 The finished product can only be inspected and qualified.
