This standard was formulated to implement the "Marine Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and to prevent the pollution of the marine environment by oily sewage from offshore oil development industries.
This standard applies to all enterprises, institutions, operators (operators) and individuals engaged in offshore oil development in all sea areas under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China.
1 standard classification
The oily wastewater in the offshore oil development industry refers to the oil production process wastewater discharged from the fixed sewage outlet after treatment on the oil production platform. The oily wastewater discharge standards for the offshore oil development industry are divided into two levels. Level: Applicable to Liaodong Bay, Bohai Bay, Laizhou Bay, Beibu Gulf, nationally designated marine special protection areas, coastal scenic areas and other sea areas within 10 nautical miles from the shore,
Level 2: Applicable to Level 1 Sea areas outside the scope of application of the standard. 2 Standard value
The maximum allowable concentration of the discharge standard for oily wastewater from the offshore oil development industry should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Maximum allowable concentration items of oily sewage discharge standards

3 Implementation and Monitoring of the Standard
3.1 From the date of implementation of this standard , the oil production platform that starts construction shall implement this standard immediately. Existing oil production platforms will implement the secondary standard values ??from the date of implementation of this standard, and will implement the provisions of this standard one year later. 3.2 Monitoring sampling points should be set up at the process sewage discharge outlet of the Shi oil production platform, and the offshore oil enterprise environmental monitoring agency shall be responsible for daily monitoring.
3.3 The monitoring and analysis methods of this standard are implemented in accordance with the "Analysis Methods for Oily Wastewater from the Offshore Petroleum Development Industry". Released by the National Environmental Protection Administration on January 18, 1985 and implemented on August 01, 1985
