This standard specifies the dimensions, tolerances, radial clearance and technical requirements of E, EH, G, GH and K series rod ends. The structural design of rod ends does not have to fully comply with the illustrated structure of this standard, but the dimensions, tolerances and radial clearance should be consistent with the provisions of this standard. This standard applies to rod ends with different combinations of sliding materials for production, inspection and user acceptance by manufacturers. This standard does not apply to rod ends for aircraft frames and special rod ends directly on hydraulic cylinders. Rod joint bearings are divided into two basic size series. Size series E and G are suitable for rod joint shafts with shaped inner holes or centrifugal joints.
