5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
JB/T5674-91
5.1.1 The trimmer shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.1.2 The supporting purchased parts shall comply with the current relevant standards and have a certificate of conformity. 5.1.3 The trimmer shall meet the safety requirements, and the transmission parts that affect safety shall have protective devices, and the parts that are easy to loose shall have reliable anti-loosening measures.
5.1.4 All aluminum alloy parts shall have a smooth and complete surface, and shall not have defects such as scratches, cracks and bumps. 5.1.5
All exposed parts should be free of burrs and mechanical damage that affects the assembly quality, and the corners should be smooth. Parts that affect the appearance quality should be electroplated, blackened or painted. The dimensional tolerances of holes and shafts that match rolling bearings should comply with the IT7 and IT6 grades specified in GB1800. The tolerances not marked in the drawings shall be in accordance with the following provisions:
The dimensional tolerances of machined parts not marked shall comply with the IT14 grade specified in GB1804; the shape and position tolerances of machined parts not marked shall comply with the C grade specified in GB1184. 5.1.9 The appearance of the trimmer is smooth and flat, and the quality of the paint should comply with the quality requirements of *TQ-1-NP\ in NJ/Z3. 5.2 Overall performance

5.3.1 The shape and position tolerances of the transmission shaft, eccentric wheel and connecting rod shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 5.3.2 The blade pitches of light, deep and heavy trimmers are 35, 40 and 60mm respectively. The blade thicknesses of light, deep and heavy trimmers are 2.5, 3.0 and 5.5~6.0mm respectively. 5.3.3

The transmission box shall not have oil leakage.
The temperature rise of the bearing part and the reducer shall not exceed 25℃. The machine should run flexibly and smoothly without abnormal noise. 5.4.6

6.1 Each trimmer shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and the "product certificate" shall be issued before it can leave the factory. 6.2 Each trimmer shall be subjected to an idle running test of more than 0.5h before leaving the factory. 6.3 When the ordering unit conducts random inspection of product quality, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828, and the qualified quality level AQL value shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 6.4 If the user complies with the usage and storage conditions specified in the "Product Instructions", within 12 months from the date of delivery, if the product is damaged or cannot be used normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair, replace or return the product to the user without charge. 3
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
