These areas are described based on key management contracts (sales order contracts and transport service contracts), and the relationship between key process areas and documentation requirements are explained. The sales order contract view is shown in Figure 5. The Transport Services Contract use case is within the scope of multimodal transport. The Establish Business Agreement use case only includes the Booking process, and the Pay use case only includes the Issuance of Invoices.
