If the seal has scratches, strains, cuts, aging and other phenomena that affect the quality of the pneumatic pipe joint, it shall not be used for assembly. 6.2.4 Before assembling the parts, the burrs shall be removed and the parts shall be cleaned. The cleanliness of the products shall meet the requirements of relevant standards. 6.2.5 The seams between the assembled parts shall be smooth. 6.3 Appearance quality The appearance of the joint shall be smooth, without harmful scratches, cracks, burrs and other defects. 7 Test method 7.1 Test conditions 7.1.1 Test environment temperature: 20±15℃. 7.1.2 Compressed air for test: filtration accuracy 50~75um, water separation efficiency not less than 80%. 7.2 Installation of test pieces 7.2.1 The test pieces for leakage test, pressure resistance test, repeated assembly and disassembly test and pull-out strength test shall be installed as shown in the figure below. Test joint Pressure source 7.3 Test device The test device shall be equipped with pressure relief and explosion-proof systems to ensure the safety of the test. The system error of the measuring instruments shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 6. Test joint Measurement level Pressure% 7.4 Test items 7.4.1 Flow characteristic test The test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T14513. 7.4.2 Leakage test JB/T7056—1993 The test piece is installed according to Article 7.2, the gas pressure is the nominal pressure, the pressure is maintained for 5 minutes, and no leakage shall occur. Note: It is recommended to use the method of immersing the test piece in water to collect bubbles. 7.4.3 Pressure test The test piece is a product that has passed the leakage test. It is installed according to Article 7.2, the gas pressure is increased to 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the pressure is maintained for 1 minute. No leakage or damage shall occur. 7.4.4 Pull-out strength test The test piece is installed according to Article 7.2, and the pipe L=100mm. The test is carried out on a constant speed tensile testing machine. The tensile force should not be less than that specified in Table 3, and the tensile force should be stretched at a speed of 200mm/min, which meets the requirements of Article 5.2.4. 7.4.5 Appearance quality inspection Appearance quality inspection shall be conducted by visual inspection and touch, and shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.3. 8 Inspection rules The inspection of joints is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 8.1 Factory inspection Factory inspection is divided into mandatory inspection and random inspection. Each product can only be shipped after being inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 8.1.1 Inspection items The mandatory inspection items for shipment shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 7.4.2 and 7.4.5 of this standard, and the random inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with Article 7.4.3. 8.1.2 Inspection quantity Sampling shall be conducted from the products that have passed the inspection and entered the warehouse of the manufacturer. Each mandatory inspection item shall be inspected. For random inspection items, the quantity shall be 2% of each batch but shall not be less than 3 items. 8.1.3 Judgment rules When one of the indicators of the mandatory inspection items does not meet the requirements, the product is judged to be unqualified. When all the mandatory inspection and random inspection items meet the requirements, the product is judged to be qualified. If there are unqualified items in the random inspection items, the unqualified items should be double sampled and inspected in the same inspection batch. If all the re-inspected products meet the requirements, the products except those that failed the first inspection are judged to be qualified. If there are still unqualified products after the re-inspection, the products shall be inspected piece by piece. 8.2 Type inspection When any of the following situations occurs, the product shall be subjected to type inspection. a. When a new product is trial-produced or an old product is transferred to another factory for production; JB/T70561993 b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c. During normal production, inspections shall be carried out regularly, with the interval not exceeding 3 years; d. When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e. When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection; f. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 8.2.1 Inspection quantity The number of samples for type inspection shall not be less than 2, and a full inspection shall be carried out. 8.2.2 Judgment rules If all the samples meet the requirements, the batch of products is considered to have passed the type inspection. If one of the performance of the samples is unqualified, the item shall be doubled for re-inspection. If all the samples meet the requirements, the batch of products is still considered to have passed the first inspection except for those that failed. If there are still unqualified samples in the re-inspection, the batch of products is considered to have failed the type inspection. 9 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 9.1 Product marking Each product shall be marked with the following: a. Manufacturer name or code; b. Product model or mark. Packaging and transportation Packaging shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/TQ207017. It shall be ensured that the product will not be damaged during normal transportation. The outer surface of the packaging box shall be marked with: a. Manufacturer name and address; b. Product name and model; c. Quantity, gross weight and external dimensions; d. Receiving unit and address; e. "Handle with care", "Pressure-proof", "Pressure-proof" and other signs; f.
