5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
HG/T2665—95
The inspection of Reaction Yellow K-4G is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.1.1 Factory inspection
Items (1) to (6) in 3.2 of this standard and Table 1 are factory inspection items. Thermal stability and printing fixation rate are generally inspected once every production cycle. If the continuous production lasts for more than one month, the inspection is carried out once a month. 5.1.2 Type inspection
The technical indicators specified in Article 3.23.4 of this standard are type inspection items. If one of the six situations specified in Article 6.6.1 of GB1.3 occurs, type inspection should be carried out. In normal continuous production, inspection should be carried out once every six months. 5.2 Sampling method
VN/2 barrels are selected from each batch of products (a batch is a uniform product mixed once) for sampling (N is the number of barrels of each batch of products). The number of small batch samples shall not be less than 3 barrels. When sampling, do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the product. Use a stainless steel sampling needle with the back facing up and insert it into the bottom of the barrel at an angle. Rotate the needle 180° and slowly pull it out to take out the sample. After fully mixing the sample, take a total of not less than 200g of the sample and put it into two clean, dry, ground-mouth brown wide-mouth bottles. Seal the bottle mouth with wax and label it with the manufacturer's name, product name, batch number, production date, etc. One bottle is submitted to the quality supervision department for inspection, and the other bottle is kept for future reference.
5.3 Factory Inspection
Reaction Tender Yellow K-4G should be inspected by the quality supervision department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that the quality of all reaction tender yellow K-4G shipped from the factory meets the requirements of this standard and is accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 5.4 User Acceptance
The user unit has the right to accept the reaction tender yellow K-4G received in accordance with the provisions of this standard. When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, they can negotiate and resolve it. 5.5 Retest
WHG/T2665—95
If one of the indicators in the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from the packaging barrels with twice the amount for retest. Even if only one indicator in the retest results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of reaction tender yellow K-4G is unqualified. 5.6 Arbitration
When arbitration is required, the arbitration unit can be selected by negotiation between the two parties. The arbitration method shall be in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6.1 The packaging barrels should have firm and clear markings, indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, registered trademark, production date, batch number, gross weight, net weight, and each batch of packaging should be accompanied by a product quality certificate, and the certificate should be marked with the number of this standard. 6.2 The finished product should be packaged in an iron barrel lined with a plastic bag. The plastic bag should be tied and then sealed with a lid. 6.3 It should be handled with care during transportation to prevent moisture and heat. 6.4 Finished products should be stacked on pillows and stored in a ventilated, dry place, away from high temperature and fire sources. They should not be stacked together with flammable materials. They should be kept clean and intact. The storage period is two years.
Additional remarks:
