All relevant units:
"Design Specifications for Automobile Liquefied Petroleum Gas Filling Stations" and other four standards (drafts) have been reviewed and passed, and are now approved as oil and gas industry standards and will be released. The numbers and names of the various standards are as follows:
Mandatory standards
SY 0093--98

Recommended standard
SY/T 002998
SY/T 0058-98
Design specification for automobile liquefied petroleum gas filling station Automobile liquefied petroleum gas
Test method for corrosion rate of buried steel inspection piece (replaces SYI 29--87)
Standard for static penetration test
(replaces SYI 58—89)
The above standards shall be implemented from September 1, 1998. China National Petroleum Corporation
April 16, 1998
This standard is revised in accordance with the Notice of China National Petroleum Corporation (96) Zhongyou Jijian Zi No. 52 "Issued and issued the 1996 National Standard for Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard Compilation and Revision Program", and the visual test method for the corrosion rate of buried steel inspection pieces SY29-87 has been used for ten years. It is shown that its test method can meet the actual requirements: This revision is based on the extensive consultation of users. In addition to retaining the effective methods in the original standard, the main changes in this revision are as follows:
1. Add a chapter "Test Procedure" and include the original standard "Inspection piece burial and removal" chapter.
2. Include the original standard "Inspection piece corrosion product and sediment removal" chapter in Appendix A, and modify the hydrochloric acid cleaning solution formula. 3. Include the "Test Results" chapter in the original standard in Appendix B. Add "Local Pitting Depth Measurement"
This standard is authorized by Sichuan Shichi Administration Survey and Design Institute to be responsible for the specific interpretation of this standard (Address: No. 28, Xiaoguanmiao Back Street, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, Postal Code: 610017)
Editor: Sichuan Petroleum Administration Survey and Design Institute. Main drafters: Huang Chunrong and Gong Shuming
1.0.1 This standard is specially formulated to unify the corrosion rate test method of the inspection piece (hereinafter referred to as the inspection piece) for buried steel pipelines. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the preparation, burial, corrosion product removal and corrosion rate measurement of inspection pieces buried in various soil environments. 2 Terminology
2.0.1 Test pieces test picces
Metal test pieces for corrosion test
2.0.2 Corrosion rate
Corrosjon rate
The amount of metal corroded per unit time.
3 Preparation of inspection pieces
3.01 The material of the inspection piece used for the test piece is the same as that of the buried steel pipeline. The material of the inspection piece can be determined by other test pieces. 3.0? There should be no obvious defects on the surface of the inspection piece, such as pitting, cracks, scratches and delamination; all edges should not have burrs. The thickness of the inspection piece is 3-5mm, and the other dimensions of the sample should comply with the specifications in Figure 3.0.3. 3.0.3
Figure 3.0.3 Sample size
The inspection piece should be prepared by machining: if gas cutting is used for sampling, the affected area must be removed. 3.0.+
After adding 1, the surface roughness R of the inspection piece becomes 32 to 11. The original surface can be maintained as needed. Other surface conditions: 3.0.6 At the position shown in Figure 3.0.3. It is recommended to print the thickness of the steel mold and inspect it before testing. Inspection piece cleaning: first degrease with solvent, then rinse or brush with water to remove insoluble dirt, blow (wipe) dry, soak in anhydrous alcohol for about 5 minutes, take out, wrap with clean paper, put in dryer for 24 hours, weigh the quality. 3.0.8 Inspection piece preparation record: Inspection piece number, steel number, material, process (such as hot rolling and cold rolling), heat treatment state, preparation method, surface appearance, size, quality and name of person in charge of inspection piece preparation, etc. 4 Test procedure 4.1 Test preparation Mark the inspection piece according to 3.0.6. Clean the surface of the inspection piece according to 3.0.7. Weigh the inspection piece to the nearest 1mg, and record the original mass and number. Weigh the quality and install the insulated wire, hang a number plate consistent with the inspection piece number on the wire, and cover the number and wire connection device on the inspection piece with asphalt or other paint that is easy to be washed by organic solvents.
4.1.5 Calculate the exposed area by thin measurement, accurate to 0.1cm4.2 Inspection piece arrangement
4.2.1 The prepared inspection piece should be stored and transported in a dry environment, and should be buried in the test point as soon as possible.
4.2.2 The inspection piece burial point is selected by the design or test unit according to the test purpose. The burial point is generally selected in special environments such as polluted areas, high salinity and alkali areas, areas with serious stray currents, and the place where the pipeline cathodic protection potential is the lowest. 4.2.3 Inspection plates for pipelines should be arranged vertically on the ground, with the center and the center of the pipeline at the same elevation, the wide surfaces facing each other, the plate spacing is 0.3m, and the net distance between the plate center and the pipe wall is not less than 0.3m. Inspection plates should be arranged in the order of numbers, see Figure 4.2.3. 4.2.4 Anti-corrosion insulation treatment should be applied to the joints of each conductor. 4.2.5 When digging the burial pit, the cultivated soil should be placed separately. When backfilling, the backfill soil should be compacted in layers, and then the cultivated soil should be filled in the upper part of the burial pit. During the burial process, strictly prevent the inspection plate from being mechanically damaged, and pay attention to protecting the conductor. 4.2.6· Test piles are generally used as permanent ground marks for the buried points of the inspection plates. Pay attention to management to avoid damage.
Figure 4.2.3 Schematic diagram of reverse installation of inspection plates
4.2.7 The conventional test cycle of the inspection plate-…-generally not more than 1 year, recommended for 125, 10, 20 years.
The number of buried inspection pieces shall be determined according to the type of burial (connected to pipeline or not connected to pipeline), the number of batches taken out and the number of batches taken out. 4.2.9 Inspection piece handling records shall include the following contents: date, burial point number, surface, soil resistivity, stray current, number and number of inspection pieces, burial position, burial depth, orientation, arrangement order, mutual distance and distance from ground mark and name of the person in charge of handling.
4.3 Excavation and treatment of inspection pieces
4.31 Take out the inspection pieces at the scheduled time. The inspection pieces taken out in the same batch shall not be mixed. When taking out the pieces, be careful not to affect other inspection pieces. 4.3.2 Inspection and removal records shall include:
Photographs of the appearance of the inspection pieces taken on site: observe and record the corrosion products, sediment distribution thickness, color, date and name of the person in charge on site. 6
The inspection pieces taken out on site shall be handled as soon as possible according to Appendix A. 4.3.3
Description of corrosion condition of inspection piece;
1Record changes in surface, flatness, corrosion type (such as uniform corrosion, local corrosion, etc.) and corrosion area.
2Measure pits or holes according to the appendix, and describe their type (deep, shallow, wide and narrow), location, number, average depth, maximum depth and pitting density (the depth of pits or holes can be measured by a pitting instrument).
4.3.5Weigh the mass according to 4.1.3.
Calculate the average corrosion rate according to Appendix B.
