1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection regulations, installation, operation instructions, transportation, storage and handling of unpacking machines

5 Test method

5. 5 Determination of Noise
The product is under normal conditions and the no-load running noise of the product is measured by a sound level meter according to the provisions of GB3768-996. It should meet the requirements of 4.3.7. The measuring surface is the plane surface corresponding to the reference body, the measuring distance is 1m, the microphone is subjected to the GB/T3768:1996 Appendix C Figure C5. After the product is continuously operated for not less than 2 hours under the rated production capacity, the accuracy of the instrument shall be at least 50:1℃, or the single-pass maximum: 50:1℃, and the accuracy of the instrument shall be at least 2℃. The surface temperature of the bearing shall meet the requirements of 4.3.B.
6 Verification rules
6.1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into H-type inspection and open type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Factory inspection items
The requirements of 4.2.3, 4.3.1, 4.3.2, 4.3.4.~4.3.6 and 4.4 of this standard shall be followed for inspection. 6.2.2 Judgment rules
Products must be manufactured, quality inspected, and inspected by the relevant department. They can only be shipped after passing the inspection. There should be a product certificate when leaving the factory (please note that the new product is used as the standard number). If there are unqualified items in the factory inspection, they will be inspected again after being repaired. If they are still unqualified after the inspection, the product is judged to be unqualified.
6.3 Type inspection

6.3.4 Judgment rules
If all the items of the non-standard test are qualified, the product is qualified. If there are any items that fail to meet the requirements, they will be sent for re-inspection. If they fail to meet the requirements after re-inspection, the product will be judged as unqualified. When the 4.2.3 gas safety performance test or the 4.3.7 air-conditioning test fails, the batch of products will be deemed unqualified. 7.9 Instructions for use
