6 Inspection rules
QB1771—93
.1 Each batch of finished products of ethyl propionic acid shall be inspected at the production inspection gate. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, which includes: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, factory date, batch number, inspection certificate, product quality compliance certificate and this standard number. 6.2 Acceptance shall be carried out according to the provisions of this standard. The quality of the received products shall be inspected to see if they meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch shall be inspected once, and different batches shall be inspected separately. 6.3 For each batch of packaging, two barrels (bottles) below 10 kg (kg) shall be drawn, and three barrels (bottles) above 10 kg (kg) shall be drawn. When taking samples from the packaging, the appearance inspection should be free of moisture and impurities, and then the sample should be fully mixed. Then use a glass sampler to absorb 50-1m1 of sample per barrel (bottle), mix them evenly, and put them into two clean glass bottles. The following information should be marked on the bottles: production, product name, batch number, number and date of receipt. They are used for inspection and are kept for inspection. 8.4 If any of the indicators do not meet the requirements of this standard, the manufacturer can review and re-test the samples together with the manufacturer. If the re-test results still show that the indicators are unqualified, the batch of products cannot be accepted. 6.5 When the supply and demand parties have differences in product quality, they can jointly resolve or arrange for the statutory inspection agency to conduct inspections.
B. Color, aroma, acid content are factory inspection indicators. Relative humidity, optical density index and range are type inspection indicators.
7 Labeling, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Ethyl acetate is packed in barrels or bottles: The packaging should indicate: product name, manufacturer name, trademark batch number, net weight, inspection and ex-factory date, standard terminal number and related packaging marks. If the ordering unit has special requirements, it can make a separate agreement with the manufacturer
7.2 During transportation, it should be kept away from exposure to rain and foreign air, and it is strictly forbidden to transport with acids, chlorine, etc. 7.3 The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and shaded warehouse to prevent pollution from foreign air and keep away from fire. 7,4 Under the condition of complying with the prescribed transportation conditions, intact packaging and no convex seal, the shelf life of the product is one year: 12-
