5.1 Level 1 hot work
5.1. A hot work must obtain a hot work safety certificate. 5.1.9 Hot work should be supervised by a person: The hot work personnel should remove the flammable items in and around the hot work, or take other effective safety and fire prevention measures. Special hot work shall comply with the following requirements in addition to the time specified in 5.1: 5.2.1 Under the following signs, do not enter the hot work without replacing the belt. 5.2. 1.1 Production must be stable,
5.2.1.2 The layout and piping of the equipment must be strictly level. 5.2.2 A safety plan must be formulated and fire prevention measures must be implemented. When hot work is performed, the workshop supervisor, the safety personnel of the hot work and passive fire operation units, the fire safety department, the factory director or the chief engineer must be present. If necessary, a professional fire brigade can be invited to the scene for supervision.
5.2.3 Before starting a fire operation, the production unit must notify the factory safety department and relevant units so that they can take corresponding measures in abnormal circumstances.
5.2.4 During the actual fire operation, a person must be responsible for monitoring the pressure changes in the production system to ensure that the system is maintained at no less than 980,6P (100m small) Stop: When the pressure reaches 0.665 (100r), the hot work should be stopped. 1 Hot work analysis should be conducted by a national hot work analyst. All products that are in flammable and easy to operate installations, pipelines, storage tanks, openings and other parts that are considered to require analysis must be subjected to frequent fire analysis before any hot work: 62 The sampling points for hot work analysis shall be allocated by the personnel of the unit where the hot work is located or the shift leader. 63 The sampling points for hot work analysis shall be representative, and the analysis of special or hot products shall be carried out until the hot work is completed. 6.4 The time between sampling and hot work shall not exceed 30 minutes. If the time exceeds this limit or the time during the hot work operation exceeds 30 minutes, new sampling and analysis must be carried out.
If the on-site analysis method cannot achieve the above requirements, the plant or engineering department shall sign and agree, and make other specific arrangements: 6.5 When using explosion test or other similar means for analysis, the standard gas sample of the test object must be calibrated and qualified. 6.6 Hot work analysis qualification judgment
6.6.1 When using explosion test or other similar means, the gas or vapor to be tested should be less than or equal to 20% of the explosion risk. 6.6.2 When using other analysis methods. 7.1 Fire safety certificate

If multiple people are doing fire work at the same fire point at the same time, one "Fire Safety Operation Permit" can be used, but all fire workers involved in the fire work must sign on the fire safety operation permit separately. 7.2.4 The fire safety operation permit is not allowed to be transferred, altered, used outside the place or expand the scope of use. 7.2.5 The fire safety operation permit is in duplicate, and the person who approves the fire and the person who starts the fire each hold one copy for record. Special danger fire safety permits are not allowed to be taken out of the fire. The safety and fire prevention department shall keep the records.
7.3 Change of validity period of fire safety operation permit 7.3.1 The validity period of fire safety operation permit for special hazardous hot work and the fire safety operation permit for level -1 hot work is 21h.
7.3.2 The validity period of fire safety operation permit for level -2 hot work is 1G or more. 7.3.3 If the hot work exceeds the validity period, a new fire safety operation permit shall be applied for. 7.4 Approval of fire operation permit
7.4.1 The fire safety operation permit for special hazardous hot work shall be signed by the leader of the unit where the hot work is located, and after being signed by the fire prevention department of the higher-level safety enterprise, it shall be reported to the factory director or chief engineer for final approval. 7.4.2 Level -1 hot work The fire safety operation permit of the fire-related work site shall be approved by the fire-related training site after the final review by the fire-related training site's unit. 7.4.3 The fire safety operation permit of the second-level fire-related work site shall be approved by the fire-related training site's unit. 5 8 Job requirements 8.1 Person in charge of the fire-related work project HG23011-1999 The person in charge of the fire-related work project shall be fully responsible for the fire-related work and shall be in charge of the work.
