According to the drawings agreed by both parties
Note: According to the requirements of the buyer, profiles of other grades listed in the national standards can also be provided. 3.1.2 Profiles are divided into ordinary precision profiles and high precision profiles according to their dimensional accuracy. High precision profiles must be indicated in the contract and the drawings agreed by both parties. Those not indicated are supplied as ordinary precision profiles. 3.2 Dimensions and allowable deviations
3.2.1 The cross-sectional dimensions of the profiles shall comply with the technical drawings signed by both parties. 3.2.2 The allowable deviation of the cross-sectional dimensions of the profiles shall comply with the provisions of Tables 2 and 3 in GB/T6892 or as agreed by both parties. 3.2.3 The length of the profiles can be supplied in irregular length, fixed length or multiple lengths, and the length range is 1 to 3m. If the length of the profile is greater than 3m, it can be provided after the agreement between the two parties is stated in the contract. 3.2.4 The allowable deviation of the length of the fixed (multiple) size profile is + 20mm, and the cut margin should be added at the same time, and each cut is 5mm. 3.2.5 The end face of the profile should be cut flat, and the cutting slope should not exceed 5°. 3.2.6 The twisting degree of the profile should comply with the provisions of GB/T6892. 3.2.7 The longitudinal bending of the profile should comply with the provisions of GB/T6892. Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on August 31, 1992, and implemented on April 1, 1993. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Chemical composition QB/T1586.4--1992 The chemical composition of the profile should comply with the provisions of Table 2. The macrostructure of profiles is not allowed to have cracks, shrinkage tails and slag inclusions. Slight stratification is allowed, not exceeding the allowable depth of surface defects. 4.4 Microstructure
The microstructure of the profile is not allowed to be overburned. 4.5 Surface quality
4.5.1 The decorative surface of the decorative profile must be indicated on the drawing. 4.5.1.1 The decorative surface of the profile is not allowed to have corrosion spots, cracks and non-metallic embossing figures. Peeling, bubbles, surface roughness and local mechanical damage with a depth not exceeding 8% of the nominal wall thickness are allowed, but the maximum depth should not exceed 0.25mm. No matter what kind of defects, they should not appear continuously and there should be no more than 2 per square centimeter. 4.5.1.2 The non-decorative surface of the profile is allowed to have peeling, bubbles, surface roughness and local mechanical damage with a depth not exceeding 15% of the nominal wall thickness, but the maximum depth should not exceed 0.5mm. 4.5.2 The profile is allowed to have oxidation color, non-rough white and dark spots. 4.5.3 The profile surface is allowed to be repaired along the longitudinal direction until it becomes a smooth surface. 5 Test methods
5.1 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of the profile shall be in accordance with GB/T6987.1~~6987.23. 5.2 Mechanical properties
The room temperature longitudinal mechanical properties of the profile shall be tested in accordance with GB/T228. 5.3 Microstructure
