Basic error basic error The difference between the indicated value and the standard value of the instrument under the specified normal working conditions. 3.2 Pressure way The method of applying pressure to the gas sample chamber to generate a pressure difference between the gas sample chamber and the air chamber, thereby generating a refractive index difference to replace the refractive index difference caused by the different types of gases in the two chambers. 4 Model naming and compilation method 4.1 Model naming and compilation method are stipulated as follows: 1 MT 28—2005 4.2 The main parameters are expressed in the measuring range of the instrument: a) 0~10%CH;Www.bzxZ.net b) 0~100%CH4. 5 Technical requirements Design modification number: (A), (B), (C) Main parameters: Measuring range Second characteristic code: Optical interference principle First characteristic code: Methane Product type code: Determination instrument 5.1 The instrument shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 The normal working conditions of the instrument are: Temperature: -10~40℃. 5.3 The storage environment temperature of the instrument is: -20~55℃. 5.4 The test conditions of the instrument are: Temperature: 15~~35℃; Relative humidity: 45%~~75%; Air pressure: 86~106kPa The surrounding environment should be natural air. 5.5 General requirements: 5.5.1 The paint and electroplating layers should be uniform, firm and of uniform color. 5.5.2 Optical parts should not have obvious mildew, bubbles, sand holes, pitting, scratches, fingerprints and dust, etc. Optical parts should not be debonded after gluing; coated optical parts should not be debonded. 5.5.3 The connection of instrument parts should be firm, reliable and of appropriate tightness. The rotation of each rotating part of the instrument should be smooth and flexible. 5.5.4 There should be enough field of view to observe the interference fringes, and the interference fringes should be clear without obvious bending and tilting. 5.5.5 5.5.6 The reference interference fringes should not be stepped within the entire scale range. 5.5.7 When adjusting the interference fringes, there should be no sudden jump phenomenon, and there should be no obvious secondary image in the field of view. 5.5.8 When adjusting the telescope eyepiece, the reticle image should not shake significantly. 5.6 Performance requirements: 5.6.1 The basic error of the instrument for different indication ranges shall meet the requirements of Table 1 when the upper limit of measurement is 10%CH; and meet the requirements of Table 2 when the upper limit of measurement is 100%CH.
