3.1 Jacquard paperboard is divided into B grade and C grade according to quality. 3.2 Jacquard paperboard is a flat paperboard.

4.2 Cardboard size: 1265mm×775mm, 1265mm×700mm, or as specified in the order contract. The cardboard size deviation shall not exceed ±5.0mm, and the deflection shall not exceed 5.0mm. 4.3 The cardboard surface shall be flat, smooth and not warped. The cardboard must be trimmed, and the trimming shall be neat and clean. 4.4
The cardboard shall not be delaminated during cutting and punching. 4.5
The color of the cardboard shall be the natural color of the fiber, and glue shall be applied inside. 4.6
4.7 There shall be no wrinkles, cracks, bulges, impurities or fiber bundles on the cardboard surface. 5 Inspection rules

The supplier shall ensure that the products produced meet the requirements of this standard, and a product quality certificate shall be attached to each paper delivered. 5.2
5.3 Product delivery sampling inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828, and the sample unit is piece. 5.4 Delivery sampling plan, inspection level, and qualified quality level (AQL) shall be as specified in Table 2. Table 2

5.5 The sampling of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450, and the pre-inspection treatment of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10739. 5.6 The buyer has the right to inspect and accept according to this standard. If there is any objection to the batch quality, the buyer shall notify the supplier within three months after the arrival of the goods for joint re-inspection. If it does not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be judged as a batch failure and the supplier shall be responsible for handling it; if it meets the requirements of this standard, the buyer shall be responsible for handling it. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 The packaging and marking of paperboard shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342, and the following supplements shall be made: 6.1.1 The net weight of each piece of paperboard is 250kg, or the number of sheets agreed with the user. 6.1.2 Paperboards of different brands, thicknesses, sizes and grades shall be packaged separately. 6.2 Paperboards shall be properly stored to prevent them from being affected by wind, rain, snow and ground moisture. 6.3'When transporting, use a canopy and clean transportation tool. 6.4 Paper pieces shall not be thrown down from a height.

From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Light Industry Ministry standard GB604-1973 "Jacquard Paperboard" will be invalid.
